Presidents have slumbered on its mattresses aboard Air Force One. Dignitaries have slept on them in the Lincoln Bedroom. Its advertisements have featured Henry Ford and H. G. Wells. Eleanor Roosevelt extolled the virtues of the Simmons Beautyrest mattress, and the brand was immortalized on Broadway in Cole Porter’s song “Anything Goes.”

Its recent history has been notable, too, but for a different reason.

Corporate Communism is being generous. The proper moniker is Fascism, as defined by Mussolini:
"State intervention in economic production arises only when private initiative is lacking or insufficient, or when the political interests of the State are involved. This intervention may take the form of control, assistance or direct management."

In the first segment, Dylan's guest suggests a need to get control of it before something bad happens. I think we've reached the point of no return. American's need to do what they do well. Invent and produce. Obama promised to end outsourcing. There were attempts to include legislation in the bailout that would require the banks to employ and contract with American service providers. That piece of the bailout when the same way the bonus controls went when zero interest multi million dollar loan recipient, Senator Chris Dodd, despite a failing memory of his precise action, took that language out of the bill in conference.

Like I said, Americans want to do what they do well. If that option is taken from them, they may very well do what they do best: insurrection. Of all the peoples on the planet, the last mob a false government and it's fascist pimps should choose to anger is 300 Million upset Americans. We invent, we own, we maintain, we live inside this vast infrastructure that feeds the allusion of wealth to the fascist pimps and their whores in our government.

These guys need to get smart - regain their sense of survival - because they're two shakes away from being roasted on a spit.

It is easy for most Americans to relate to the cold war description of "communism" when it applies to our corporations since we are far removed from the actual source of our problem which is fascism or "corporatism" as described by Mussolini. This two headed monster is becoming easy to see as most citizens and more in the mainstream media take notice. Just as with Katrina, the government is not coming to our rescue. The US populace is not too big to fail. Corporate? Yes. Communism? Not by a long shot! A lot of people, mostly Americans, throw around the term "communism" for anything government-related they don't like without realizing that the word actually means a utopian system where everyone works for free and gets everything for free, not most people working for almost nothing and the rest getting everything for free. There'd be no such thing as a corporation under communism. They do the same with the term "socialism," which refers to a system where you still work for money and buy things with money but where private corporations aren't even allowed to exist.

Michael Moore and Dylan Ratigan must get there terminology straight if they are to influence a broader audience. What More calls "Capitalism," what Ratigan calls "Corporate communism" and what others call "corporatism" or "corporate collectivism" is "mercantilism": favored businesses get subsidies, market monopolies, military support and protective tariffs, quotas, taxes and regulations in exchange for "donations" and pay-off jobs. This along with a strong central government, a central bank, massive construction projects and imperialism were advocated by Alexander Hamiltion and other "Hamiltonians, who were frustrated by the "Jeffersonians." It came to be known as "The American System," which was forcibly imposed on America by President Lincoln after twenty years of being frustrated by southern Democrats in the Senate.

Capitalism functions entirely in a free market without government perversions of it. It is based on "Individualism."
