While campaigning in Maryland, Chelsea admits that her mother Hillary is planning to use the Supreme Court to enact and enforce much more aggressive gun control legislation, and that she looks forward to a 'definitive ruling' on the issue from her mother's liberal court.

Chelsea has had a pretty decent ride so far. She made $500,000 per year working for a hedge fund where she never traded. She made $600,000 per year stringing for NBC News where she did fluff pieces on monkeys with autism every few months. And now, who the hell knows what she makes as Chief Pimp for the Clinton Foundation.

Chelsea, I would have thought someone with four degrees would know that some state and local gun control measures are compliant with the Second Amendment, and other state and local areas have gun control measures that violate the Second Amendment. That is what is causing the inconsistent rulings that have you so worried. With or without Justice Scalia the Court should rule against laws and regulations that violate the Second Amendment.

Edward “Ed” Mezvinsky, born January 17, 1937, is a former Democrat congressman.

As a Democrat, he represented Iowa ‘s 1st congressional district in the United States House of Representatives for two terms, from 1973 to 1977.

In March 2001, Mezvinsky was indicted and later pleaded guilty to 31 of 69 charges of bank fraud, mail fraud, and wire fraud. Nearly $10 million was involved in the ponzi scheme.

After serving five years in federal prison, he was released in April 2008. He is expected to remain on federal probation until 2011, and still owes $9.4 million in restitution to his victims. So who is he???

Former White House officials say the pardon process descended into a degree of chaos in those final days. In his final hours in office, Clinton issued 176 pardons and commutations. Some went to individuals close to Clinton, like his brother Roger, and to people targeted in independent counsel investigations the president viewed as unfair. The most controversial pardons went to financiers Marc Rich and Pincus Green, who had been living in Switzerland for years to avoid facing a federal indictment.
Some of those pardons and commutations were issued even though individuals had never applied through the official process at the Justice Department.

It's unclear whether Mezvinsky ever did so, but such an application would have been futile. Since he hadn't even been charged, the Justice Department would have summarily rejected his application.
Clinton ultimately issued just one pre-trial pardon, blocking a prosecution of former CIA Director John Deutch for having classified information on his home computer. Deutch's pardon also came on Clinton's last day as president.
A federal prosecutor said in a 2007 interview that as Ed Mezvinsky swindled investors in the late 1990s he sometimes used his association with the Clintons as a talking point.
