CLINTON WANTS SCOTUS TO ENACT GUN CONTROL

Short clip from the campaign trail on Tuesday where Hillary tells the crowd that she will enact more stringent gun control laws if elected President.

On a related note, while campaigning in Maryland a few weeks ago, Chelsea Clinton admitted that Hillary is planning to use the Supreme Court to enact and enforce much more aggressive gun control legislation, and that she looks forward to a 'definitive ruling' on the issue from her mother's liberal court.

It's very telling that Hillary believes the remedy for Supreme Court case law the she finds disagreeable lies in the executive branch. It doesn't. The only way--the only constitutional way, anyhow--is for Congress to pass an amendment.

Despite (or maybe because of) the fact that her legal acumen is shit, she'll be fantastic as a criminal despot.
