Former Foes Blodget & Spitzer Demand Release Of AIG Emails & Internal Documents

Video:  Dylan Ratigan with Henry Blodget & Eliot Spitzer discussing the NYT Op-Ed "Show Us The Email" regarding the release of internal AIG documents -- Aired December 21, 2009

Spitzer:

  • "What was the relationship between AIG and Goldman, AIG and the Fed, AIG and Treasury, what was known bottom to top. These are critical questions that the taxpayer deserves to know...We deserve to know because our financial future depends upon it."

Blodget:

  • "The allegation is that AIG was trying to solve the problem on its own, going to Goldman, saying, 'Take sixty cents.' Suddenly Geithner charges in, says, 'Don't worry, we'll make you completely whole.' That is a huge problem, and to Eliot's point, we have to know what happened there, why that mistake was made, because I think it's universally viewed as a mistake."

At issue is the extent to which Goldman Sachs was exposed to AIG's risk -- and whether Friedman and Geithner's decision to pay AIG counterparties at par was made to forestall Goldman's potential collapse.  Our educated readers know too well that the answers to both are the affirmative.

Treasury controls the board and Obama could order the documents to be released.  Therefore, we continue to wait.  Change you can believe in -- he's Deficit Banks Obama.

Blodget's response in more detail is HERE >>

So DB, what is with the Ratigan obsession? It’s not natural. What is the backstory? Did you once work for him, does he sponsor your site, are you two dating, are you just a fan with a uncompromising fascination?

Dear GobiasBestFriend.

Methinks yuze benz feeding de Mohels much too much - either that or playing find the quarter with dem bunz up and kneeling Uncle Obama worshipers like Kieth O`b Oneberham and Rachael Madcow,

Maybe you should go to the CNN dot commie or Cufi dot organism to wretch that last angry load from the soul of your lonely and rarely attended lizard!

Rattigan ain't perfect - but he (and his producer) at least attempt approach what the 4th estate is all about. It's the closest thing to real journalism on cable, for sure!

Rattigan got me last year, while he was still a CNBC shill, when you tube published an interview of him out on the streets. He explained exactly and candidly just what made this bubble happen - and just weeks later the digital river gifted those with eyes wide open with "Morning Meeting".

Hey DB, I finally finished my Fed post. It...um...took a turn somewhere along the line and became different than I'd originally envisioned. What the hell--I had to run with it. I hope you will like it and pass it on to your loved ones.

Never worked for him...the other poster answered for me in a way...there is no one else pounding the table on the issues that matter to us...

so much there....just finished reading...i'll put it on the main page sometime in the next few days...i enjoyed it...you took the time for detail in breaking down the grayson-coleman video in a way that i think NO OTHER blogger has to date...

I'm glad you enjoyed it. I didn't originally intend to 'go Palin' on it, but I REALLY, REALLY felt it needed to be just me speaking directly and openly to my friends. The message is sometimes in the manner, too.

DB and gang...I will tell you what you told me about Obama being a fraud (unable to show birth certificate)...hey, about AIG, get over it. It is old news and no longer relevant.

"DB and gang...I will tell you what you told me about Obama being a fraud (unable to show birth certificate)...hey, about AIG, get over it. It is old news and no longer relevant."

But you voted for McCain, who voted for the free pass for himself (Panamanian birth), and Obama (?). Which was a Constitutional abuse of the Legislative powers, because the decision for both lies in the Judicial branch of our alledged "Constitutional Government", or in reality, Admiralty Court. I fail to understand the logic of one is good to go, and the other is wrong, when they both had no right except by a fraudulent vote by the Senate. What a plethora of contradictions.

You had so many to choices to choose from, and several were right up your belief structure;

http://www.politics1.com/p2008.htm

Oh, that is right, in Gobias world;

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kjGWuROfm54&feature=related

They are all frauds Gobias, politics always attracts the most unsavory among us...

"hey, about AIG, get over it. It is old news and no longer relevant"

Besides, you only say that to protect the guilty within your herd.

US Constitution, Article II, Section 1

No person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that office who shall not have attained to the age of thirty-five years, and been fourteen years a resident within the United States.

Mr. Speaker, the World Bank makes loans to communists with
American dollars. The World Trade Organization regularly rips us
off. The United Nations sends American troops into war. That is
right. We are not sending the Peace Corps here, folks.

If that is not enough to compromise your Viagra, the United
Nations has created a world court with universal authority and
jurisdiction. Unbelievable. What is next, a world tax? Beam me
up.

I say the Constitution of the United States should not be
surrendered to a bunch of international bureaucrats who regularly
rule against us, ladies and gentlemen.

Now, I do not know about you, but I did not pledge an oath to the
charter of the United Nations. I pledged an oath to the
Constitution of the United States and I think the Congress of the
United States should put its foot down before we become known as
background music in some doctor's office. I yield back any
courage we have left.

SNK, to go Palin??? As opposed to the scripted messages of Barry Soetoro? I don't think you will ever be mistaken for SP. You could probably go Pelosi but be careful, she is evil.

"Gomp, when I say Barry Soetoro, do you think about an old white guy? "

No, I merely wonder why you claim to be patriotic, and claim to be American, but wipe your ass with the Constitution for one guy (McCain), and clutch it to your chest with your Bible for the other (Obama). Remember, the fraudulent vote in the Senate was unanimous for both of them. Bet you can't bring yourself to vote against your Senator, unless he is of the other party.

"Gomp says...But many are forced against their will to wear those faggety ass pale blue berets, against their will.

There you go again, blaming your childhood. "

I do not blame my childhood for anything. Thank you for revealing your true master, looks like I called it right on the Indians and the riverbank. You are truly a loyal subject of the U.N., trying to draw attention away from the usurpation of America by themselves, and the international banking community.

I do not think this is funny;

Good to know that you will proudly serve your Communists masters.

"SNK, to go Palin??? As opposed to the scripted messages of Barry Soetoro? I don't think you will ever be mistaken for SP. "

I hope not, SNK is much more intelligent than Sarah, go back to obsessing about where Obama and Tigers cocks have been, it suits you better.

Okay, none of that made and sense. Gomp, a little too much eggnog?
Dec 24, 2009 at 3:05 PM | Unregistered CommenterGobiasBestFriend
Of course it don't Gobias, as a self avowed Communitarian, you will serve the U.N. and HOA with pride, and do not see why others would not wish to.

Besides McCain, Palin, Obama, and all the others are fellow Communitarian friends of yours.

I got you figured out, you read every fifth word, and formulate your own distorted conclusions, because your party can do no wrong. No eggnog involved, and when you are confronted with the dirt within your "party of virtue", you perform the age old scamper and run tactic. As seen here;

http://dailybail.com/home/sickest-joke-of-2009-time-magazine-names-bernanke-person-of.html#comment6627952

Still waiting for that answer. How about explaining these virtuous leaders, they thank you for your past support;

http://www.tomflocco.com/fs/PhotographerTied.htm

Both parties are soundly purchased through cash or vice, so stop the "party of virtue" buffoonery.

1. End the FED.

2. Direct the Treasury Department to issue U.S. Notes (like Lincoln’s Greenbacks; can also be in electronic deposit format) to pay off the National debt.

3. Increases the reserve ratio private banks are required to maintain from 10% to 100%, thereby terminating their ability to create money, while simultaneously absorbing the funds created to retire the national debt.

All other “solutions” are merely rhetoric to protect the perpetrators of the fraud, and these three steps, if enacted would immediately reveal the true foreign owners of the FED. For they would immediately come forward in an attempt to restore their private little “honey hole”. And it would mean war Gobias, glorious war, right here in our own back yards, to restore the creature for which you serve to its rightful throne at the head of the bankruptcy executorship.

Especially stay away from the solution of a basket of international currencies, that is what they want, and it will be the death nail in the coffin of our National Sovereignty. It will also keep us tied to the slavery of usury, and grind us down to the level of a third world country.

Merry Christmas to all, and yes Gobias, that means you to...

“Banking was conceived in iniquity and was born in sin. The bankers own the earth. Take it away from them, but leave them the power to create money, and with the flick of the pen they will create enough deposits to buy it back again. However, take it away from them, and all the great fortunes like mine will disappear and they ought to disappear, for this would be a happier and better world to live in. But, if you wish to remain the slaves of bankers and pay the cost of your own slavery, let them continue to create money.”

* Gödel's Incompleteness Theorem: any logical model of reality is incomplete (and possibly inconsistent) and must be continuously refined/adapted in the face of new observations.

* Heisenberg's Uncertainty Principle: there is a limit on our ability to observe reality with precision.

* Second Law of Thermodynamics: The entropy of any closed system always tends to increase, and thus the nature of any given system is continuously changing even as efforts are directed toward maintaining it in its original form.

SNK, DB is too busy watching Jon Stewart and Jake Tapper. Don't make me go all Tom Cruise on you SNK.

Obama is in Hawaii, polls show that after he gets a little sun, he will return to the White House as the first 54.7% black president. That is about ten percentage points higher than his popularity rating. The Kardashian sisters are busy making the next black presidents.

Tiger Woods is busy recovering from the car accident. Tiger sustained a gashing wound to his wallet. So far his pr firm has been unable to stop the bleeding. He also lost his Norwegian Wood in the crash. You da man!
