Eric Holder's Legacy: The Divine Right Of Criminal Bankers

DIVINE RIGHT OF KINGS

By John Titus, Producer of Bailout Films

The abject failure of the nation's top law enforcement officer to enforce the law against top-level bankers in the wake of a $10 trillion financial crisis is notorious. Less well-known are (1) the astounding lengths to which Eric Holder's Department of Justice has gone to protect criminal banks, which just so happen to be clients of his law firm Covington & Burling, (2) the degree to which the rule of law has been subverted (it's been destroyed; we have been living under the rule of man, officially, for some time), and (3) the broader implications of Holder's reign on U.S. national sovereignty (quite grave).

This video explores all three topics and more.

We are more fortunate than you know that John Titus has continued his great and professional work at no charge or expectation. This work and what on the plate, (stay tuned), was done out of pocket and on his most valuable time for the benefit of us all. He has the credentials and most of all, has the character and tenacity worthy of better than the Nobel Prize.

Thank you John!

Agreed on all points.

This is the first of several that I will be posting. He has put together quite a body of work.

Hello everyone, how lovely to see everyone back on this site. Here is an article that I'd like to share:

Democrats and Republicans Are Quietly Planning a Corporate Giveaway — to the Tune of $400 Billion
Why isn’t anyone talking about it?

I made "Divine Right of Criminals" when I was helping Dave Kranzler at the Golden Truth blog (now Investment Research Dynamics) set up a youtube channel. I had JUST bought a camera in April 2014--couldn't even turn the damn thing on--and somehow convinced him that I could produce a youtube show, even though we lived 2000 miles away from each other.

LMAO at our early videos. I skyped him into a TV in my "studio," and recorded the 2 of us "live" (him on a 32" TV on my desk) before editing the 2 feeds--the "live" feed with both of us and the Skype feed of Dave only. It was totally crazy. Check out episode #1, just 2 regular dudes trying their damnedest to make a video. Man, it was a lot of fun....

@Christina

I know nothing about that story (I will read it, thx for the link), but I could tell you about the time I fooled around with William Greider's daughter.

Phil Angelides went on CNBC 12 hours ago complaining that the DOJ neither prosecuted nor even investigated crime on Wall Street despite criminal referrals by the Financial Crisis Inquiry Commission, the committee he chaired.

I looked on cnbc earlier for this clip and couldn't find it. I just checked again and it is not listed among their videos from today, though I just did find it by searching specifically for 'angelides'. Hmm, I can't imagine why CNBC would hide this clip. They have everything else from today listed, dozens and dozens of clips, but not this one. Fucking bastards.

Bloomberg Interviews Lanny Breuer About HSBC Case

You might not have seen this interview Cheyenne.

I actually had seen that clip (here at DB), but I missed a patented Breuer tell: "mid-level managers, managers were probably told to focus on the bottom line."

"PROBABLY"? So in other words, the DOJ never interviewed any managers or mid-level managers, nor anyone above managers, because those people would've said FOR A FACT whether there was a focus on the bottom line. But the DOJ never interviewed anyone, which is why Breuer had to speculate about what conversations took place.

This is one reason I like doing videos. The key details--the Devil's playground--are actually hiding out in the open in broad daylight. I probably have ADHD and miss them on the first/second viewing. But when I watch a clip a few times, it starts speaking a 2nd language or something, like it has an extra track.

Excellent video John, and glad to see you still kicking. Ole Lanny sounds like a man that can pull a 10 pound vacuum on an onion sack, he will go far in this world with his new found friends....
