Donald Trump Tells CPAC: "Ron Paul Has Zero Chance Of Getting Elected" - Crowd Boos Mercilessly (VIDEO)

Video - Donald Trump at CPAC 2011 - Feb. 10, 2011

Big mistake, Donald.  You want to know who's got zero chance?  Look in the mirror, buddy.  Awesome crowd reaction from the Ron Paul faithful.

From the cheap seats, Ron Paul supporters react to Trump...

This is entertaining.

Trump's complete CPAC 2011 speech...

He wants to be your President...

Quotes

“The United States has become a whipping post for the rest of the world…There is a reason why the United States is the laughing stock of the world.”

“This country is in serious trouble…Our current president came out of nowhere. In fact I will go a step further. The people that went to school with him never saw him, they don’t know who he is, it’s crazy…. With no track record”

“We don’t have free trade, I am a fair trade believer, I love open markets.”

“Worse than China worse than everyone; OPEC they are ripping us.”

“High oil and gas prices and how we have no one assigned to beating the oil price down to a reasonable rate.”

“So you have to watch OPEC, you have to tell OPEC those prices are coming down.”

Trump also addressed how he thought it was an April fools joke that Germany just bought the NYSE.

The Donald gets kissed by Rudy Giulianni in drag on SNL...

This was a poor career decision...

In 1991, unable to pay a $3.5 billion loan, Donald declared business bankruptcy. Not even a year later, Trump Plaza Hotel folded and Donald had to declare bankruptcy again. The saga didn’t stop there.  In 2004, Donald filed for bankruptcy protection and restructured his debt.  Unfortunately the reemergence didn’t last long.  On February 17th 2009, Donald Trump filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy with a debt ratio of $50 million in assets to his $500 million in debt.

Donald you are just like Congress, you have spent your life spending more than you bring in and living on somebody else’s dime.

My guess is that the DailyBail blogger knows more about business to understand where S. Gompers is, well, falling short on his understanding of Trump's bankruptcies. Maybe you should explain it to him Dailybail, you said you had a financial background. This will put it to the test . . . or delete this so S. Gompers doesn't lose another idol. Beware of false profits/prophets.

@ Ted. I will defend S. Gompers because he knows agriculture among other things. I do not mean to be rude but I know many family farms that have been victimized by the system even though they did things right and still lost even with "help" and what happened to those farms and families... Please do tell us about your agricultural experience.

I don't know if Trump is just playing around or if he's seriously thinking about running for pres., but it would be wise for him not to run for pres., because once he has to sit down and answer the tough questions, he will be cut down to size and he will have zero chance of winning, and his family name will be tarnished in the process.

@Ted Why are you worried about Gompers credentials to discuss business? You are the one backing Trump which says volumes about yourself. His bankruptcies are very much a commentary on how useless a business man he is. One business commentator said it best "How do you go bankrupt owning a casino?" Trump is a blow hard land flipper. The real estate economy is dead and buried. Trump knows zero about manufacturing which is where the US is failing the most. He doesn't have a clue about trade balances, trade barriers.He would just bow to the Chinese and hope they will visit one of his highly leveraged properties run up a large hotel bill to keep them from yet another bankruptcy. Trump is not any Steve Jobs by any stretch of the imagination. He has a stupid reality TV show which probably makes him more money than any of his previous so called "businesses". Now he uses his “celebrity “ by sticking his name on everything from mattresses to tea in the hope that his disciples like lemmings will flock to anything with their masters name on it. Ron Paul at least has a medical degree which takes a lot more neurons than flipping real estate.

@ Sagebrush,

Gobie has never left, just did about 15 (?) name changes since the election (I lost count, some were very creative in a false prophet sort of way). He is well on his way to creating his “Army of one” of false neo- cons.

@ James and John,

Thanks, but Gobie (TED) has always worried about little ole me while he backs liberals pretending they are conservatives while calling everyone else liberal. And you are right James, only King Donald of the bad hairpieces could lose money on a casino. And yes, I remember Reagan’s war on the family farm, and soon we may see Farmageddon much to Gobies delight.

http://vimeo.com/16513455
.

The only agricultural products Gobie can tell you about are Cheeto’s.

@ Gobie,

I wouldn’t know what it is like to go bankrupt Gobie, I have always paid my debts, even in hard times. I do know that somebody always loses money when somebody else goes bankrupt though (that part has happened to me), hence it is a form of “bailout” when courts aid the incompetent and more importantly, the fraudulent. Donald increased his family wealth on the backs of others including the taxpayer. He likes to believe he is the smartest most business savvy man in the world, he is not.

In bringing the money together for the casino Trump used some pretty shady practices but at that time nobody believed you could lose money on a casino. Soon the casino was in danger of defaulting on loan payments and the banks were within days of foreclosure, Daddy gave Donald $3 million to hold off the bankers. At that point Donald had a negative net worth of $300 million. It became obvious the only way creditors would get any money was restructuring not bankruptcy. Donald was forced to cut back on his excesses and sell corporate assets that they were treating as personal property.

Trump is just a useless business man dabbling with daddy’s money, corporate welfare, and the mercy of the courts to not take his personal plundered “booty” to cover his flawed deals. Many reward him by buying products with his name on them in the belief that they to can be Donald just by being near something with his name on it.

I would rather puke.

Besides, if bankruptcy is so great and good, why don’t everyone do it at the same time? Then America would truly achieve greatness, LOL.

By the way Gobie, you are the one that has been playing false prophet you ole Uberman you…

I’m a conservative on most issues but a LIBERAL ON HEALTH. It is an unacceptable but accurate fact that the number of uninsured Americans has risen to 42 million. Working out detailed plans will take time. But the goal should be clear: Our people are our greatest asset. We must take care of our own. We must have UNIVERSAL HEALTHCARE.

Our objective [should be] to make reforms for the moment and, longer term, to find an equivalent of the single-payer plan that is affordable, well-administered, and provides freedom of choice. Possible? The good news is, yes. There is already a system in place-the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program-that can act as a guide for all healthcare reform. It operates through a centralized agency that offers considerable range of choice. While this is a government program, it is also very much market-based. It allows 620 private insurance companies to compete for this market. Once a year participants can choose from plans which vary in benefits and costs.

What is it that the group so dislikes? Is it capitalism? Is it his connections? Is it his pedigree? Is it the leg up he got from his father? No, that was Dubya’s albatross for the liberals. Could it really be that his hair having a personality of its own that maddens you all? For all his faults, Trump is a survivor and certainly loves and celebrates being an American. Hmmm, is that what is bothering the group? Trumps shameless promotion of himself, his name, and...wait for it...his patriotism? Could he not teach us all a thing or two on our business relationship with China? Maybe it is civilization in general that so irks you? It can’t possibly be the nature of the relationship between creditors and their debtors. Is it contract law or the bankruptcy laws? Again, I will leave that to the site’s intolerant architect-in-chief. My God, what can it be? On the bright side, Trump does want to end all the wars.

S. Gompers, you should join the group Conservatives for Obamacare. Why stop at uninsured Americans? Isn’t it unfair that billions of people are not covered with adequate health insurance coverage? Why do your beliefs stop at the border? Reagan’s speech to the United Nations must have grabbed your attention.

"... when you stop to think that we're all God's children, wherever we may live in the world, I couldn't help but say to him, just think how easy his task and mine might be in these meetings that we held if suddenly there was a threat to this world from some other species from another planet outside in the universe. We'd forget all the little local differences that we have between our countries and we would find out once and for all that we really are all human beings here on this earth together" Ronald Reagan

You say that our goal is to find “an equivalent of the single-payer plan that is affordable, well-administered, and provides freedom of choice.” A “market-based” system that “allows 620 private insurance companies to compete for this market.” Okay, I’ll bite. Why would the equivalent of a single-payer plan have different prices? With everyone theoretically covered for the same amount of care cradle to grave, I assume the distinction would be the quality of the care and not the age, sex, race or gender of the patient. Of course, that assumes that the costs of patient care are relatively the same from person to person. In this system, are the insurance companies still willing to pay a premium for better quality care to attract more business? Considering that they have to charge competitive rates to attract more customers, why would they want to compete for the customers who will cost them significantly more than the revenue generated by that customer? Why would they want to compete for this market? Remember, they can only offer better quality care which will directly hit their bottom line. They can also manage their single payer plan which will also directly be deducted from their bottom line. Oh, you mean that they need to remove profit as an incentive. Now I understand. With profit out of the equation, what will happen to their motivation? Are we going to rely on the belief that denying health coverage is unacceptable? I don’t know of many doctors that get through med school with that as the primary and powerful motivator of all their hard work and dedication. Please explain your plan further or can we just call it Obamacare for well fed and overpriced government workers that we can’t afford.

Why don’t we sell cars that way? Rich people can afford safer cars and more reliable cars. There is definitely the competition you desire. The participants can certainly weigh the benefits and costs. Would your plan work for cars?

"Ron Paul has zero chance of getting elected."

I'll take action all day long on that prop. Ron Paul's numbers have been steadily increasing for a decade or more, he's beaten out Obama in a poll or two, and yet his odds are zero? Really?

I wonder what would happen to a casino that would put the odds of someone like Paul getting elected at say 600-1? Yup. Same thing that happened to... Donald's own casino: it went BK.

Obviously Donald's talents lie in selling gibberish to the masses. In gambling and investing, not so much.

We need to get pased the RNC, some how. Then we will get our country back. Thanks to the Tea Party, Ron is bigger than ever. & if the Tea Party will get behind him, we have a good chance this time around........but Trump is now in the way.

Now Trump on the other hand scares me. We know he is a Liberal. He soported and voted for Obama. He neaver said anything bad about Obama, till now.......? "Why"...?

I just wonder if Obama & Trump have something up thAre sleave.....togeather ? You know, get all the "Birthers" all Rallied-Up, and screamming to high heavin "Oh-Donald" - "Oh Donald" - "Oh Donald".................!

Its everywhAre you go today on the internet........ Obama has to do something and Quick...? What better way to win in 2012 than to have the Donald stir things up till the end of this year sayind he is going to shoot down Obama becouse he dosent have a B/S.......

Something just dosent seem right, that the last 3 weeks now Trump is on every net work calling out Obama on his B/S. But then, he is calling him the worst president ever.............so, time will tell what his real plan is.

I was just kicked off from the Tea Party web site for saying this very thing. Some how they all are looking up to Donald like he is their God...........how quick they for got about Ron Paul........? & all he has done for the Tea Party.

The Tea Party has lost their way over this Donald crap........my weak hart wont evan "Skip-a-Beat" if Donald was standing next to his buddy Obama, holding his B/S saying, here it is folks..........everything Donald said bad about Obama will be quickly forgotten................

The Dem. will be dancin in the streets for 30 days. All the wile nothing has changed. He still has'ent proved, nor showed us a dam thing. Its still all locked up in Soros safe.

Donald is broak in his terms and needs money. That Stupid Show, is all he has left. Obama has pleanty of our money to spend, give, to anyone that can get the American People off his back......Donald would make $$$$$$$ compared to what Obama is making as president.

It would be a insault for Trump to make that meisley little bit of money. If he dose run, then he is for Real, but dosent have a clue as to what hes doin.................

Only Time will tell what is realy going on........! We need to get "Paul & Paul" on the Rep. ticket !

Instead, the tower will rake in $30 this year, the WSJ says.

And vacancy in the building is 30%.

Now, Kushner is facing a default deadline.

Kushner eyes AIG's stake in 17,000 apartments
The real estate developer seeks to buy the insurer's equity stake for $165 million to $190 million, as AIG looks to raise cash to repay U.S. government bailout.

Kushner offered $165 million to $190 million for the equity interest, said the person, who asked not to be named because the talks are ongoing. AIG and Morgan Properties agreed in June 2007 to buy the 86 complexes for $1.9 billion, mostly in debt.

I don't think Ron Paul would ever lower himself to Trumps standards Gobie. Yet again another example of the Tea Parties Leftism, after all, they gave me a Lehman Brothers Governor Managing Director with NRA F's on the semi auto rifle ban and high capacity mags on his resume for Governor. I really hate NRA F's.

52% of Trumps Contributions were to the Left, including;

* $20,350 to Charles Rangel, the Harlem-based Congressman
* $9,900 to Chuck Schumer
* $9,400 to Harry Reid
* $9,000 to various Kennedys, mainly Ted.
* $5,500 to John Kerry

And lets not forget the 50 Grand to Rahm Emanuel.

Donald don't bother me at all Gobie, just another useless RINO to excite the pretend Conservatives like you. How much did you give to Rahm Gobie?
