And learn how to fight them in court if need be, demand an Evidentiary hearing. And perform a Rescission, can be done up to 3 years after closing. Not 3 days.
Make them prove all wet documentation in court, including the title work which is marked Paid, as your signature paid FOR the house, it was then sold to an investor through this securitization process.

I wonder how much money MERS allowed the banks to avoid paying county and state governments? If it's 22 million for southern Essex County, nationwide it must be a hell of a lot of much needed cash for county and state governments.
