BAILOUT: A Song For Bernanke, Geithner And Paulson

Note from DB: To most of you this will seem crass, crude, generally in poor taste, and I understand that.  But put yourself in my shoes.  I've been running this site alone for more than 4 years.  It's been 12 hours per day 6 days per week for 52 months.  Think about that for a minute, and instead of wondering why I posted this clip, ask yourself why I don't do it more often.  That's the much better question my friends.  Consider yourselves lucky.

Profanity warning.  Start watching at 2:00.

For reasons known only to Cheyenne and director Sean Fahey, this is NOT a clip in the award-winning documentary Bailout.  The mood changes at 2:10.  Adult content and profanity warning, but nothing you will hear differs markedly from how Ben, Timmaaay, and Hank have treated you.

Bailout's Sergio Mayora sings to a few friends.

Hello my friend. I will say you are an accomplished musician, if that is you and the tune was well done within the parameters of its intent. I like it. I enjoyed it and I will "admit that it is an awesome clip.

Just so you know you're not the only person who works 12 hours a day 7 days a week, so do I. That's our job at the moment and though they may not come and tell you nearly enough, you are appreciated. I always tell myself when I see it is your site that comes up, "Oh great! It's the Daily Bail"! I hope more readers come and tell you what a fantastic job you are doing. These are hard times for people like us but the dawn will break and your efforts will not go unrewarded.

Love,

That's not me, that's Sergio. But thank you for the very kind words. Your writing is some of the best out there. Here's your site for our readers who don't know it yet.

Steve and Les, you both work your asses off doing what you do ( without pay) and I know a lot of people , especially myself, who really appreciate it.

The clip of Sergio blew my mind. The Sesame Street take on things was brilliant.

DB Don't know why this ended up being edited out ot the Bailout Movie. Certainly would not have been in poor taste especially with that chain smoking John Fox expletive ridden discourse throughout. Did like the set up though. With that being said, I would like for you to raise your right hand, fold at elbow so that your hand comes down between your shoulder blades and pat. Good job from a good man. It must be addicting or something because quite frankly, I'm kind of suprised you haven't moved to NC yet and living by sand dunes with a beautiful woman by your side. Oh and don't forget to credit yourself for being in the Bailout Movie as well. Stop being so self deprecating. Peace.
