WATCH: Obama Tells Congress 'Delay The Spending Cuts'

Obama chickens out at the last minute.  $20 trillion here we come.

'We must kick the can as far as humanly possible.'

Highlight clip from today's White House presser.

---

Full speech (7 minutes):

The Pentagon must be protected at all costs.

Obama is asking Congress to come up with tens of billions of dollars in short-term spending cuts and tax revenue to postpone sequestration cuts scheduled to kick in March 1.

---

Today's funny moment:

'You're killing my flow.'

During an appearance in the White House briefing room, President Obama paused from his prepared remarks to address news photographers.
