Bomb threat at Federal Courthouse.  Code Red declared.

A bomb threat at the Moakley Federal Courthouse in Boston, which also houses the U.S. Attorney's office (just saying), created chaos this afternoon as CODE RED was declared leading to evacuations of the courthouse and possibly a local hospital.

In addition, the much anticipated briefing on the bombing investigation scheduled for 5 pm has been postponed due to the bomb threat and evacuation, according to a spokeswoman for the US Attorney's office.
