A remote town in Hawaii has the most expensive gas in the U.S.

In Hana on the island of Maui, a gallon of regular costs $6.03, more than $2 above the national average. Among the cheapest places was a convenience store in Casper, Wyo., where regular was selling for $3.36 a gallon.

Wow, I hope you don’t believe the nonsense that this kid is spouting. My guess is that you posted it because you do believe that he is speaking the truth. What a shame. If it is split into two parts or three or more, at least be honest about the most likely causes. First, the factions are caused by the candidates and the political parties. The progressive libertarians and the right wing conservatives should be able to see past their differences when it comes to defeating Obama. Next, the factions are caused by those who believe in God and those that don’t. I have heard it many times here. The believers must be stupid or ignorant. I think the atheist need to let this issue go and realize that religion is just one more aspect to a person’s belief system and doesn’t always define them. That works both ways, atheists or agnostics can be good conservatives or good progressive libertarians united against Obama. To divide up the people who don’t want Obama to have a second term is silly and counterproductive.

Ron Paul is not the only American opposed to these wars or how they are being waged. Keep in mind that Obama said that he was the guy to end all the wars and close Gitmo.

I know what I say is may threaten the beliefs of this site but I hope that you allow your readers to see all sides of this debate. Who benefits from censorship?

This wet behind the ears punk hasn't a clue... I'm astonished that this was slipped onto this site as "informative," unless it was as an example of how worldly illiterate the current young generation really is?

Question or two; Who would make a good for the country candidate for P.O.T.U.S. to run against the "O" & who ever the other side runs? Interesting to think that there are those who diss others because of their rants, to which I would ask why?

I've tabbed the Daily Bail on my browser as I find it informative... heaven forbid that I'd dare critique a perceived politic analogous opinion bordering on idiocy?

I've attacked Ryan in the past as I don't like his anti-neocons stance. He ignored Zionist Jews completely and would ban anyone who mentioned them on his website, but what he says in the video is very perceptive. I don't want to make Ron Paul into someone perfect because he's not, and I didn't like the adultery his fans poured onto him in the last campaign, which turned me off from supporting him, but I think his supporters have matured. It's more a grim kind of task that they're faced with rather than a rosy-glassed view. Ron Paul has his flaws but he's a politician after all and can't be expected to tell the complete truth. And at the end of the day, he's the closest to saying it out of everyone. He's the best of the bunch and he needs to become president.

However, surveying the people around me and on the internet, I'd say he's going to lose. The people are just too dumb to vote for him. The media is going to manipulate them to vote for someone else. That's going to be the final nail in the coffin for America. You can try and wake up people around you but you can't fix stupidity. Ron Paul isn't going to run again. And if his son runs, the same thing that happened with Ron Paul is going to happen to him -- they have the same policies almost.

I don't know what happened to the American people but they've become really dumb over the last twenty years or so. The stupidity level has risen immensely. It's not just the ones on welfare or dependent on the government like public service workers that are going to always vote for the dems regardless of everything or the rich who are going to vote for the neocons, it's the other people as well, the ones who've lost their jobs or the ones who've lost their homes .. those whose advantage it is to vote for Ron Paul .... They've become incredibly stupid and are acting in a suicidal fashion. Almost like they can't think for themselves. The media in this country has so much power over them that it's truly amazing.

So sayonara, America. Can't say I am sorry to see you collapse because what the people have become has made America not worth saving.

@allen...be more specific in your criticism of ryan's message...what didn't sit so well with you...patriot games can be ignored...he wants to bomb iran tomorrow and supports giulianni...

I see that no one seems to have an answer to my question of who would make a good for the country P.O.T.U.S. to run against "O" & who ever the other side runs. As for the people of this country being stupid, speak for your self. I don't see anything being written in a more or less positive way about anyone that would be good for the country. As for the last 2 sentences of graybe, well, of course you are including yourself in that grouping, right!

Because others have their own opinion, which are generally influenced by others, not because of personal experience, at least for the most part, then instead of bringing something new to the table, it's usually just rehashed old stuff, so that begs the question, just who is stupid, if they can't bring 21st century thinking into the picture? Points to ponder.

Give me some credit DB...I wanted to bomb Iran yesterday.

P.G., why do you want to bomb Iran? Is there a point to be made, or just because the Heritage Foundation wants too?

Roadside bombs made in Iran! Don't try to insult me with your ignorance.
May 9, 2011 at 11:51 PM | Unregistered CommenterPatriot Games
P.G. You're the one who is ignorant here. Or perhaps you're just a troll. Either way, you can back up your talk with true facts? or are you just repeating something someone told you too?
May 10, 2011 at 12:10 AM | Unregistered CommenterNorman
Did you just use the “I know you are but what am I” comeback? God bless.

Wow, you must be really upset with Obama. He is your troll. Conservatives don’t need to use that term so I might not have used it correctly. I am sure you catch my drift.

As for the facts, call your mom. I would assume that she has a computer and knows how to use google.

P.G., your opening sentence tells it all where you come from here. Little minds who resort to innuendos verging in insults are stuff conservatives & little minds [little boys] have the corner on. Obviously you don't have any facts, otherwise you wouldn't be so flippant. As I said, back up your talk with facts, not just innuendos, or rudeness, that is of course, if such do exist.

P.G., you finely speak wisdom, but you should practice what you preach. As for being no match, well, that's your opinion, which is to be expected from someone like you. Anymore is just a waste of time as your still are what you think others are. Have fun playing with your toys.

Obama's Painfully Obvious PR Stunt Gone Wrong...

You mean this was all a PR stunt for a failing President's re-election bid, oh, I can believe it.

Iran can prove Bin Laden was dead long before US raid – Iranian minister

Iranian Intelligence Minister Heydar Moslehi claims that Osama Bin Laden died from an illness before the US raid on his compound in Abbottabad. Iran has documents to prove it, he said.

"We have credible information that Bin Laden died some time ago of a disease," Moslehi said on the sidelines of a cabinet meeting on Sunday, as quoted by ISNA news agency.
