I saw no real proof that he was the one that did the shooting or the later thrown in flash bang.The only people that need to know who it was is Scott Olson and his family.Know so maybe they can press charges and sue him in court.And to Tom Jefferson comment.I didn't vote for Ohbummer but yet I'm behind the occupying movement.I don't see it as a Rep or a Dem movement.It's the little guys fighting the injustice,the fraud of the big guys.

For the record, San Francisco Sheriff Department DOES NOT deploy any type of "Gas"or Stinger balls. You can clearly see that none of the San Francisco Sheriff Deputies are carrying that. Are you guys kidding me, with a Lawyer Sheriff as the Boss. Nice try next time do your home work.

As in my previous post, it looks like the officer who shot the Marine and then threw the cannister had a different colored arm patch (WHITE) and the deputies from San Francisco had YELLOW. The Mayor even said that there were other agencies involved. I have never seen San Francisco Sheriffs use anything other than Tasers in San Francisco. Have ANYONE ever seen the sheriffs deputies in San Francisco use anything other than Tasers on the streets of their city? EVER? I've never even seen any San Francisco Police Officers use any gas, shotguns, or explosive cannisters. BUT... I have seen it used in Oakland. Let's be fair and blame the right people and not make STUPID guesses! This is for the idiot who posted the San Francisco Sheriff's Deputy's name and address before doing his homework. The Oakland Police Department could have released information on whatever departments they called to help in their trumped up emergency. Whether THIS SPECIFIC officer was involved with the shooting and tear gas is IRRELEVANT. The MAIN point of this is to show the Police that WE THE PEOPLE are NOT afraid to bring these TYRANTS to justice.
