Thank you for the great info DB. I'm still struck at how many people in NV who are suffering from this horrible fraud don't realize why. Though this I believe is a good thing I too find myself confused why the work done by the Attorney Gen's office is done in such a way that your warned even when you file your info for fraud no help is provided to the individuals who suffer from it.
In the end your told that it's a federal issue and you will still need the help of an attorney. The reason being is because the banks are above state and it's a federal issue.
Again I think it's for the better but it shows how one way the rules work in this regard. There able to burn money by taking you to a state court among other things that are exspensive. But so far as I know I'm just unsure how to address their fraudulent actions and seek out the justice so many people in NV deserve. That's not to mention the entire country when the fraud can no longer be ignored?

This is off the topic but I feel very important. I hope others will agree. Best wishes to all.
