Rick Santelli: "Everyone Wants To See Jon Corzine In Prison'
'Corzine has avoided prison because of his connection to Obama.'
Good discussion between Santelli and Gary Kaminsky on MF Global fraud and Corzine.
Here's the Koutoulas-Santelli CNBC clip from last month that went viral.

"How could prosecutors drop a case where over one billion dollars in client money has gone missing, and where a CEO is throwing his hands up and saying he has no clue," asks Cornelius Hurley, director of the Boston University Center for Finance, Law & Policy.
"It gets your blood boiling," says Hurley, former counsel to the Fed Board of Governors. He notes that the statute of limitation on charging Corzine far off "so for anyone to say this early in the game that Corzine is off the hook criminally is a someone that didn’t have the courage to convict him anyway."

If Santelli were correct, you'd see devastating campaign ads by Mitt Romney highlighting Obama's cowardice and complicity in Corzine's heist. But the reality is that Mitt the candidate isn't allowed to touch Corzine, either now or as president if elected, and he probably doesn't want to, which is why Mitt was selected as the red puppet presidential candidate in the first place.
Santelli knows better. This was about TV ratings, nothing more.

I agree that Romney probably won't go after Corzine, but I'm curious why you say he can't. Who is protecting Corzine if not Obama and Eric Holder?

In particular, no. 3 does not wish to have its status as the recipient of customer funds stolen by Corzine publicized in any way, a desire that will become policy if Romney is elected.
It's not that Romney can't prosecute Corzine in the sense of breaking the 2nd law of thermodynamics or what not, it's that Romney's entered into a deal with the criminals who are backing him.
in the MF Global bankruptcy and made no effort to get customer cash back.
Jerry Sandusky may be fully guilty of what he was convicted of, but the 'Freeh Report' should be viewed
with great skepticism, simply because of the name 'Freeh'. He took a bucket of cash to issue a quickie
report hitting people either dead or already indicted, while ignoring a prior commitment to act-MF-that is
much more important to the nation overall.
