Rep. Paul Broun: TSA Gropes Grandma, Kids, Skips Man

Video - Rep. Paul Broun on C-Span - May 25, 2011

Don't misinterpret this story.  Nationality or style of dress does not make anyone a terrorist, but why single out grandma and the kids.  Political correctness run amok.  TSA links from today:

SYDNEY (MarketWatch) -- China is interested in buying Portuguese bailout bonds when the European Financial Stability Facility starts auctioning the securities next month, the Financial Times newspaper reported late Wednesday. The report, which cited EFSF officials, said that China and other Asian investors are expected to represent a "strong proportion" of Portuguese bond buyers. Klaus Regling, chief executive of the EFSF, said that interest from Asia signaled that investors have confidence in the euro, according to the report. "They look at us and come to the conclusion it's a good way to diversify," Regling also said, according to the report.

Government borrowing last month hit the highest figure ever recorded for April, news that is likely to intensify the pressure on George Osborne from the right of the Conservative party to step up public spending cuts.

A fall in tax receipts got the new fiscal year off to a disappointing start with public sector net borrowing hitting £7.7bn compared with £5.3bn in April last year.

In The Land Of The Northern Lights

http://vimeo.com/21419634

[snip]

I have spent over 6months collecting footage for this, I have shot approx 50.000 stills to choose from in making this video. A goal for me has been to try to preserve the real-time speed of the northern lights, or come as close as possible

This is fantastic.......

@ Texas Dar, soory to take so long to respond to you... Hey, I have seen some awesome northern lights where I come from and a couple of times they were even better then the movie. This was the first time that guy tried making a movie of these and it was a long process (50,000 still camera shots) and I cannot wait for his next one. This year I spent about 9 days in Texas for the first time. Stayed in San Antonio (loved the river walk) and checked out the Hills and Austin. There was a pub the named Moose Knuckle in Austin and I had a ball there. The SXSW festival going on at the time.
