UPDATE: Re: Judge who sent kids to a for profit prison in Pa. for cash.

Ciavarella guilty on 12 counts, will remain free on bail

http://citizensvoice.com/ciavarella-guilty-on-12-counts-will-remain-free-on-bail-1.1107067#axzz1EPcJCzDk

[snip]

Former judge Mark A. Ciavarella Jr. will remain free while he pursues likely appeals to his conviction on 12 counts, including racketeering and conspiracy, in the kids-for-cash case, a federal judge has ruled.

Ciavarella faces a likely sentence of 12 to 15 years under federal sentencing guidelines, according to Assistant U.S. Attorney William Houser, who argued that Ciavarella should be immediately placed in custody.

"He has a very strong motive to flee," Houser said. "He's approaching 61 years of age. His crimes had a devastating effect on his community and his state."..........

........The jury decided Ciavarella should be liable to forfeit $997,600, but testimony at the six-day trial indicated Ciavarella has little, if any, money.

"If he has assets that he has been hiding, we will find them," Zubrod said.

Comment: the rent was too high.

It appears that serialkey and serialpost is the same spam entity too.

To explain the huge jump you're seeing in spam comments...last weekend we finally were able to shut off the CAPTCHA spam filter for the site...that's why you no longer have to enter the letters on the 2nd page before getting your comment posted...so now we get bombarded but to me it's still preferable to CAPTCHA...

Everytime I check into the site now, the first thing i do is remove spam...takes less than a minute to remove 20 or so messages...the site is getting huge traffic so we are a magnet for spam...

Trump does not care about winning. He is adopting Sarah Palin's business plan for creating a money machine. Pretend to be running for President, get constant media attention, and thus vastly increase your bookings and speaker fees. Nobody wants to hear the Donald talk about real estate anymore. The new big money machine is presidential pretension.

Peter Schiff is like most of the "intelligent" analysts, he only looks at one side of the equation and as a result his solutions, which sound so logical are never going to work. He blames government interference in the economic markets, well who is the government?

Here is the full equation: Rich corporations ( entities composed of RICH PEOPLE) buy smaller entities to control product + buy politicians to control regulation to increase and concentrate their market control. They move production to places more profitable and reduce wages everywhere. They buy and trade currency and do not recognize national borders or rules ( hence the term multi-national corporation). They sell their product in places able to pay for them and when that side is ultimately reduced to the level of the side of production, they will return to produce there.

All Peter Schiff does is teach the declining group of people with any money left to invest, to float a little longer. Europacific (His investment company) is like running from one listing side of the Titanic to the other in an effort to be the last of the middle class to drown. Its a cool idea but it offers no long term solutions.
