President’s Weekly Video Address: Congratulates Himself, Calls For New Bank Bailout Tax

• "Reforms represent 90% of what I proposed when I took up this fight."

Ratigan strongly disagrees with the Deficit President's assessment of the Wall Street reform bill.  Obama is no longer credible -- we want the truth, not homogenized spittle.  But I'll give him credit for pushing a bank tax, though I'm confident he would have no plans to use the revenue for anything more than useless, further stimulus.
