« Pelosi Stumbles In Race Remark (VIDEO) »

Video:  Nancy Pelosi discussing FDR's funeral procession -- Feb. 7, 2010

Nothing earth shattering here.  Thirty second clip.  Thought it was interesting in the sense of needing to label all groups inevitably leads to later mis-labeling when 'accepted standards' change.  She could have simply said people of all races came to honor the President.

Still waiting for the day when none of this matters, groups no longer get offended by words, and we can concentrate on issues that matter such as the 'inter-generational pillage and plunder show' currently playing on Capitol Hill.

American politics is a school for actors and not activists. Politicians play roles and if they flub their lines, their numerous understudies cluck their tongues, wag their fingers and yell "throw the bums out."

Most politicians read or memorize their speeches and refuse to talk extemporaneously. It is said that Barack Obama is lost without a teleprompter, for example.

It is not an accident that Ronald Reagan is considered by many Americans to be our greatest modern president.

The most important thing is to look and behave like a president and the second most important thing is to talk the party line. Talking the party line means using the correct vocabulary, at all times, and never straying from the party platform.

It's good to memorize your speech.

It's best to read it.

Above all, don't write it yourself but let the party write it.

Here lies the Speaker of the House

She never says a foolish thing
Nor ever does a wise one.

Just Finished Watching "A New America"
I highly recommend buying a copy.

It's the best educational tool I've come across. Your family and friends may FINALLY get it after viewing.

A great job by the producers.

Banksters, Bernanke, Geithner are a threat to national security!

Bernanke: consumers will get less and pay more to borrow
"Companies and ordinary Americans would pay more to borrow."

So only ordinary Americans pay more to mop up the mess. The frauds in govt and corrupt Congress that are high risk but 'friends of Angelo' will still get low rates. Same corruption and fraud. Nothing has changed...

MERCY MY LORD:

Famous Thomas Jefferson Quote

"If the American people ever allow private banks
to control the issue of their money,
first by inflation and then by deflation,
the banks and corporations that will
grow up around them (around the banks),
will deprive the people of their property
until their children will wake up homeless
on the continent their fathers conquered."

Andrew Jackson quotes:
Gentlemen, I have had men watching you for a long time and I am convinced that you have used the funds of the bank to speculate in the breadstuffs of the country. When you won, you divided the profits amongst you, and when you lost, you charged it to the bank. You tell me that if I take the deposits from the bank and annul its charter, I shall ruin ten thousand families. That may be true, gentlemen, but that is your sin! Should I let you go on, you will ruin fifty thousand families, and that would be my sin! You are a den of vipers and thieves.
