(Reuters) - Shares in Bank of Ireland (BKIR.I) and Allied Irish Banks (ALBK.I) will be suspended from trading on Thursday on the Irish stock exchange ahead of the publication of crunch stress tests.

Hey DB, I thought this would interest you... the new "get out of jail free" card for banking malfeasance is "deferred prosecution" which worked for Wachovia/Wells Fargo. Wired deposits don't stink like "real" drug money, how could they tell?

Also, interestingly, the deferred prosecution deals are supposed to be immediately revoked on a second offense, at last that's the way they work for humans.
