SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) -- Greece is close to reaching a deal with key international lenders to continue receiving bailout funds, Reuters reported on Monday, citing an anonymous Greek official. The official told the news agency that although some details still need to be worked out with the International Monetary Fund, the European Commission and the European Central Bank, they are near an agreement. The Greek Minister of Finance Evangelos Venizelos participated in a conference call with the so-called troika earlier during which "productive and substantive discussion took place," according to a statement from the Greek government. The discussions--key to paving the way for the next tranche of funds--are scheduled to continue Tuesday.
