Jim Rogers: "Washington Lies About Inflation"

Rogers laughs at Kudlow.

When Larry Kudlow says there's no inflation even though central banks are printing money, Jimmy disagrees, saying inflation is going "through the roof."

"You don't see inflation Larry, because you don't do your own shopping."

Here's the truth:

The REAL Inflation Rate Is 10%

For those of you who have teenage children at home, as do I you know pretty damned well that groceries are pretty out of hand. That are like a plague of locsusts that consume everything that isn't moving.

Of course the inflation rate is around 10% or even more. Has been for the last 3 or 4 years. Even up here in Canuckistan. The so-called experts telling you otherwise are fudging or lying or just plain dumb.

Anyone with half a brain who goes grocery shopping or has to pay for insurance or some such would know, if they paid attention.

I'm no expert (thank god?) but boy, do I get less for my money nowadays. It's just disgusting how the political spin tries to put the wool over our eyes. Everything is honkey-dorey. Wake up, brother, and smell the dough.

All those things that ordinary, lower - middle class folks buy (or are told to buy) to survive day-to-day have gone up more than the 2% or deflation BS we hear about incessantly. Food, clothes, fuel and utilities, not to mention schools (real estate taxes) and non-essential items have all gone up. Way up.

As one smart soul said to Dudley of GSuchs: "you can't eat an iPad!"
