The Boston bombing suspects exploded mulitple bombs including a pressure-cooker bomb that rattled the entire street and buried the neighborhood in deep smoke, during their battle with Watertown Police. The gun battle happened right outside their window, on a quiet street in Watertown. And the roommates who filmed and took pictures had their apartment shot full of holes.
Also includes a remarkable interview with another man who lived on the same street who witnessed the battle, and then went to work at his hospital where the older bomber suspect was brought by ambulance.

I haven't signed onto any team except the truth. You're the one who appears emotionally beholden to a narrative. Yes, I think they did the bombing, but that doesn't mean my mind is made up. This thing is still unfolding. I'm watching every hour for any new FBI headlines related to the case. I don't trust the FBI and I know their history of involvement with terror plots.
If the evidence changes, my opinion will change.

I don't trust the FBI. I don't know how much clearer I can be. I have posted more than 100 videos just in the past 2 year exposing the FBI for various things.
Different witnesses, different stories. But everyone heard a gun battle and explosions. I posted that clip 2 days ago all over the site. Like in 4 different spots, but it was the link to it on youtube not Disclose TV. I thought it was an interesting interview. I will find the youtube again and add it to the story. But there are multiple witnesses who heard and saw the bombs. I could post video after video after video of eyewitnesses talking about the bombs.

The officers' statement that 200-300 rounds were exchanged would indicate a protracted firefight since the Laurel Street guy said they were using handguns. How many times did they reload?
The first issue with any clip is the time of shooting. Unfortunately the vast majority aren't time-stamped and don't include any info (a shot of a clock, for example) that indicate time.
What I find more interesting about the clips is their location: Laurel Street. That's because I found two separate interviews on youtube of people who saw lots of action on Dexter Ave. One is at Dexter and Nichols Ave.--a couple blocks away from Laurel Street. Their accounts of what happened are quite a bit different not only from NBC's Laurel Street presentation, but from each other...

I think we can all agree that there are a number of different accounts of what happened during the manhunt. That brings me back to a question lodged near the top of this story: still think the Boston bomber suspects are innocent? Actually, yes--did I miss the story explaining why people are not presumed innocent until a court of law says they are guilty following a jury trial?
I've seen both those videos multiple times. Of all people you should understand that witnesses see and hear different things. But lots and lots of witnesses heard bombs.

That thought is purely belief and should provide some insight into his thinking. When you are given incomplete information of a a situation, you fill in the blanks with paranoid thinking. Thoughts like "when justice prevails" give you the illusion of control. But given your worldview the world is indeed a very scary place. But let me posit to you. If you weren't given this incomplete information (no tv, no internet, no print media) in the first place, would you have anything to be worried about?

Naked guy does look like Tamerlan but it's not him. Tamerlan was 6"4". His Aunt boasted he was almost 2 meters tall, which would actually be 6"6". And in his death photo he has a very hairy chest. The naked guy looks shorter than that to me and he has very little hair on his chest. Look at these 3 photos. And he's more muscular than the naked guy. The first 2 pics show how tall he was.

That's why the burden of proof in the case against Tsarnaev (beyond a reasonable doubt) will make a guilty verdict difficult here--unless witness testimony is cherry-picked. Why credit the Laurel Street witness and dismiss both Dexter Avenue witnesses? Because the guy on Laurel Street shot the video segment shown by NBC? Can you really identifiy Tsarnaev on the basis of that video beyond a reasonable doubt? And why the brush-off of the one Dexter Avenue witness who's interviewed minutes after the event he describes ended? Whatever happened at that location was evidently serious enough to draw the fleet of police cars seen in the background. Under the state's theory of the case (2 perps only), the Tsarnaevs must have accounted for what happened there.

Actually, I'm far more upset that not one criminal referral, much less a criminal indictment like the one filed against the surviving Tsarnaev, has been filed against the bankers. (There were 30,000 criminal referrals filed in the $125 billion S&L crisis.)
That is so despite the easily superior evidence--almost all of which is set forth in the unmistakable clarity of black and white documents--of criminality leading up to the crisis. There is no problem identifying, for instance, Citigroup CEO Robert Rubin's name on the email from Richard Bowen informing Rubin that nearly all of the AAA-rated mortgages sold by Citigroup were trash in 2006-07.
You and I agree on at least 2 things about that one: that a criminal referral should have been filed, and that a criminal indictment should have been filed. (And yeah, Rubin should probably have gone to jail, though the third-party AAA rating does present a legal hurdle.) It wasn't.
Because they are documentary in nature, the cases of bank fraud do not present the predicate problem of identifying the perpetrators. That's the issue with the Laurel Street Tsarnaev video: there is a reasonable foundational question about whether it is, in fact, Tsarnaev. That question that gets harder to answer when we see other witnesses from only 2 blocks away with differing accounts of what happened.
P.S. You're a brave soul to wade into the Marathon bombing and manhunt. It is just an unbelievable mess.
Of course, no one in our crack media will ask what the context of his going silent was. Did he fall asleep? Was that the end of questions? Thanks for your comments. We don't trust the government either. We are watching the case very closely for ANY and all signs of FBI involvement with the brothers, or anything else that deserves attention. And of course the suspect deserves a fair trial, fair hearing, Miranda Rights protection, all legal protections due every American citizen.

17:36 GMT: Eight-year-old Martin Richard, the youngest victim in the Boston Marathon bombings, was laid to rest during a private funeral on Wednesday morning.
"We laid our son Martin to rest, and he is now at peace. We plan to have a public memorial service in the coming weeks to allow friends and loved ones from our community to join us for a celebration of Martin’s life."
Martin’s mother and sister were also seriously injured in the blasts.
Finally getting around to answering your questions about the witnesses reporting hearing different things. The “naked man” incident was taking place at Dexter and Nichols. The shootout was on Laurel Street. And the “man lying down in the street” incident was at/near the cross streets of Mount Auburn and Upland Road/Dexter Avenue. This is why you have such different eyewitness accounts. They were witnessing different events. All happening within a 4 block area. Cops were jittery and they stopped a couple cars that had nothing to do with it.

After attacking the media for the same, it turns out that it is actually YOU who does not fact-check anything. I explained the video you were talking about in the comment previously above this one.. But you didn't even take 15 seconds to read it. The eyewitness wasn't even on Laurel Street where the shootout happened. She says in the FIRST 20 seconds that she was on Dexter Street, which is a few blocks away. On Dexter Street there were 2 OTHER events that took place that night in the heat of the moment.. The naked guy, and the blonde man forced to lie in the street in the sidewalk. She was witnessing 2 events and hearing shots from Laurel Street a few blocks away.

I have seen all the conspiracy videos on Boston, multiple times. I read the alternative news sites every day. The reason I'm not posting any of that stuff is simple. IT'S ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. Anything that is legitimate, gets posted here. These guys had photos. You see any other witnesses with photos of the shootout, you let me know.
