HILARIOUS: Jim Rogers Calls CNBC A Public Relations Agency For Stocks While On CNBC (WATCH)

Video:  Jimmy Rogers says European Stress Tests were a joke -- July 28, 1010

At the 3:40 mark:

  • "It is PR, they got the stocks up, that's the whole purpose of PR, make the stocks go higher.  That's what CNBC and many many PR agencies are all about."

Absolutely classic.  Second half of the clip is Jim on BP and offshore drillers.

What a great response from Anna Edwards, very cheeky.

Jim Rogers had some interesting things to say as well...

He bought Euro at $1.20, now at $1.30...he has not sold it yet, not sure how long he will own the Euro.

Eur Dollar Chart…the low was 1.19 on June 7th, how’s that for timing!!! It is looking like he was right AGAIN! Take a look at the chart, how does he do it? I should have learned by now not to doubt him.

Jim Rogers is THE MAN. I listen very closely when he speaks and try to replicate whatever he does, albeit on an obviously much more limited & modest scale. I've made a pretty penny following his advice. This man possesses an old-school financial wisdom that makes him solid as a rock.
