Grab the tin foil because here comes delusional paranoid thoughts about a club we're not in -- zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz -- and elitist rambling about how everybody who has a job is an idiot -- yawn.
June 30, 2009 | Unregistered CommenterEric Wolfram
@Eric

Yes, it's tin-foil stuff and over the top to some extent, but HIS OVERALL message that Washington is owned by the LOBBYISTS and NOT THE VOTERS is hard to refute.

It's not as shadowy as he makes it out to be, but K Street has helped Wall Street own Washington. The proof is all around you.

well, once again, the typical reaction, was that george carlin, was right-on with his commentary, of course, he was, but the better question is do we continue to let this gang of organized criminals continue to steal us blind, to rape our country, to murder its citizens, while they, grow fat and rich, this meltdown we have suffered through, they should be publicly executed, or worse horsewhipped! When they are ever brought to justice, do they suffer like a common thief would no, they get a slap on the wrist, While the rest of us, just continue to lead lives of quiet desparation, Just remember my fellow Americans, when your grandchildren are old enought to ask, What did you do, to stop the destruction of our country, Oh, my well, i wrote a blog!! Baby boomers unite there is a spectre haunting this country, and spectre is communism!!!!

August 19, 2009 | Registered CommenterDailyBail
There is always a cycle to all of this madness...we have not experienced it yet in the good old U.S.A. but our time will come. It won’t be anyone that is alive to today that will causes it to happen. It will be our grandchildren that do something about it. The French did it after they ate enough "Cake"! When the middle class completely disappears the balance of power will get redistributed as it has before. History will, and always will repeat itself. Rest assured it eventually will, most likely the day we can not afford electricity to run our TV's. We will wake up and say enough is enough “excuse me, but I am taking what's was stolen form me back!” The walls around the upper classes houses will not be tall enough to keep the rats from climbing over!

George Carlin has always been on the mark and as one of those 60's people, baby boomer, hippie or as I like to refer to our generation The Travelers. You know it is hard to sit back and watch all the things we fought to change go right down the toilet. Carlin was right, it is the control of the powerful few that we end up catering to and it will probably never change. Randy thinks it is crap well let me say this, it's that kind of thinking that has created the mess we are in. As young out spoken adults we tried to make a point and all we got was Kent State and other tragedies that put an end to the movement. The only way to make a point and take it back is to get get rid of the baggage and all the silly little causes and go back the basics and take back what every legal citizen of this country is entitled to. Carlin can't do it but the citizen collective can. If we don't the future for the people of this country is going to be disastrous. God Bless George for his honesty and insight he will be missed.

I'm 83 and I mourn every day that Carlin was taken much too soon. Such insightful commentary will be sorely missed.
September 24, 2009 | Unregistered Commenterbob davis
Carlin was right about it all and sadly he had to go do stand up at a bigger stage, but he left a long list of ideas and insight we should to take to heart and mind. There's a little truth in every joke they say, and the joke is on us. As long as we vote in people that can afford the milliions and billions of dollars to run for offices, then they don't represent the masses. They don't give a crapola about the every day Joe or Jane. And they'll do practically anything to maintain their job and screw everything else. The prev. vid and IG is just a small sample of tax money being wasted and filtered through the pockets of the politicians. I bet she knows how much her last 10 pairs of shoes cost at Gucci.

Wall Street also owns show business and makes sure that only the right kind of people get sucess...people like Carlin...Wall Street also funded the 1960´s "counter-culture" (that Carlin loves so much) and they also funded the Russian Revolution (read Antony Sutton).

Wall Street = George Carlin and George Carlin = Wall Street
