I'd love to believe this, but it's really hard to frame someone when you have so much photographic evidence of these boys dragging their bombs to place, the fact they murdered an MIT police officer, had a very theatrical battle with police that involved them lobbing the very explosives they were accused of using in the first place, and now the younger brother is holed up in a boat, presumably wearing a suicide vest like his brother did. Though I have to credit his father - no parent wants to believe they've totally lost their children to religion-fueled madness.

its too bad that innocent young lives were lost. Its a tragedy....and for what? Of course, the "public" should be asking questions and all findings should be TRANSPARENT. But we all know how that goes....don't we?? Nevertheless, I still have a few questions.

what was their motivation for supposedly detonating two bombs that they knew were going to hurt innocent bystanders?

at a location with one of the highest security levels? were they thrill seekers?

I think no one can know the truth until we have answers to these questions.

my guess is the second one will not get another chance at life.

They were radicalized likely. The older brother went to Russia last year for 6 months and raised the eyebrows of Intelligence Agencies - to the point where the FBI met with him after his trip, apparently. He had written on Facebook that he didn't have a SINGLE American friend.

The younger brother was completely different. Very outgoing at school with dozens of friends and on a pretty decent educational track.. Hopefully he survives so we can get a sense of his motivation.

I'm curious how much the FBI was involved in this event. Did they plan it, did they supply the materials? Is the FBI turning troubled teens into domestic terrorists? They have before and this is yet another event with FBI fingerprints on it.

PHOENIX -- The slain Boston Marathon bombing suspect should have been deported in 2009, said Chris Farrell with Judicial Watch.

Farrell said 26-year-old Tamerlan Tsarnaev was in the United States after being offered asylum but should have been deported after being convicted of domestic violence.

"The Citizenship and Immigration Services, part of [the Department of Homeland Security], did nothing," he said. "Makes no connection between his criminal behavior and his status of trying to gain citizenship here."
