Was in Finland in 1994 and saw loads of guys like these just standing around, doing nothing. Western intervention in their country during that epoch likely took them there. I remarked to my lady friend at the time that more will follow and since they will have nothing to do, trouble will brew. The people of Europe need to solve this problem as their leaders are bought and paid for by someone and don't give a crap that their lands will be swallowed up.
