I will say this again.  We hate both DEMS and the GOP, so we have no horse in this race, but I have followed this story more closely than anything else this weekend (out of sheer boredom) and I can tell you that DailyKos is completely wrong.  Weiner has lawyered up, hasn't filed a police report and will not answer the simple question posed by the Daily Caller or CNN:

  • "Was the picture yours...?"

Just so neophytes understand, the difference between sending a DM (direct message) and a public message on Twitter is just 1 keystroke.  Weiner tweeted it by mistake instead of sending a private direct message, and now he's been caught.

after hearing this, it really seems like he's guilty by actually not answering the questions, calling one reporter a "jackass", changing the subject--these are typical tactics of the guilty

GUILTY as hell, his actions and body language are hilarious... he keeps looking at his shoes, touching his face when asked certain questions and obviously KNOWS he is so in the doghouse...... (Fido is about to get really cool digs).

Yea he talked to his lawyers.... d-i-v-o-r-c-e ..... I suspect that his net worth is about to substantially decline.

mmm. Absolutely no evidence that he is "guilty" of anything, yet that doesn't stop some people. And what is happening while the sheep watch CNN? What real news story could ever be more important than this? The news that the Pakistani Journalist who wrote the story on ISI and "Taliban" co-operation has been tortured and killed? Nahhhh!! It's another story by well known liar Breitbart that has people wagging their tongues attached to moronic brains. And who cares if he is "guilty" of having any relations with this woman? Just another Day in the Abyss that is America.

From a woman (blogger's) standpoint....When you get to be my age, one weinie is the same as another, ad nauseum. The guy's a pig with a fast finger on his Iphone.

This wise ass should be removed from office for lying and the rest of them removed as well for the same reason, no matter what political party and let's start at the top.

Lying is unforgiveable to those who hold public office.
