WATCH: Miss Snow Universe In Sub-Zero Temperatures

A Siberian beauty pageant held in Novosibirsk, Russia had contestants competing for the title of Miss Snow Universe by parading outside in their bikinis in freezing temperatures.

Happy Friday.  Dasvidaniya.

Gotta love Russia.

After posting the Goldmandales for our female readership, a Daily Bail management meeting was held where it was decided by unanimous vote that in the interest of journalistic fairness and integrity, this should be posted.

Ничего себе, красивых женщин и большую рыбалку летают в Сибирь. Я должен проверить место.

Thanks for this one, DB!

How about equal opportunity objectification - The Goldmandales don't hold a candle to this. Stop leaving the ladies wanting more, DB!

Well, if any of those women claim to be frigid, who could argue. Indeed.

Had to look at this once again to finally put a smile on my face… We have had 6 feet of snow in the last 2 weeks and there is nowhere to put it anymore. The banks are too high to shovel snow over and forget about snow blowing. Numerous roofs and building collapses are being reported and we have another blizzard that will put down at least another 1 to 2 feet of wet heavy snow and high winds this weekend (beside anther 6 tonight).

Hang in there and keep your roof shoveled off. Had to do that a couple years back. Left my climbing rigging attached to the chimney and used that to shovel it off. Gads. Sounds like a mess. And Belize is a friendly place from what I hear.

Thanks Skin. I come from snow country originally and will say this is getting pretty fucking ridiculous and a bit dangerous. Lots of ice under the snow and there are innumerable structures in the area having leak problems no matter how well built the roof is. Those who roof raked are having secondary I've dams form due to cold temps midway up the roof. What happens sat/sun will most likely be a game changer especially the sustained cat 2 hurricane winds. The only thing we have going are really cold temps. That will help keep the snow from sticking.

Yea, Just got called in to plow snow. Guess I'll be up until I see the blue sky tomorrow or Monday. Been a llllooonnnggg week. Was ready to sleep in today, but alas. Hang in there. Fortunately my house has a decent southwest exposure. Snow melts quickly enough after shoveling off the roof. Last time I was up there taking the snow off, I could feel the whole roof move as the weight was removed. Had an expierience about 20 years ago when I left the snow up there and ice dams formed after the first melt. The next day, the melt backed up into the house. Nothing says screw me when you have a major flood in your kithchen of ice cold water and you have to punch a holes in the ceiling so the water can collect into 5 galllon buckets rather than seep where ever there is a weakness in the seam. I'll never forget that shit, that's for sure. Fortunately being in the Mid Atlantic, has it's advantages. Take Care.

I wish I could post some pix from here… My deck rails out back are 8 feet above ground level and the snow is level with the top rail. It is 10 feet where it drifted. Should have bought a Cat 950...

Now there's a cat that could take care of some stuff with no problem.
