Congress won't let him close the loopholes or increase taxes on the Wealthy Elite and he knows it. This is all sheeple herding bullshit! Just like everything else the MSM will be pushing from the Democrats, the Republicans, the Tea Party, and others for the next 14 months.

Our government is owned by that 1%, and what the politicians say has nothing to do with reality unless the 1% says it's real. I sure as hell don't think they're going to allow their paid off minions in Congress to raise their taxes or close the corporate tax loopholes.

It's all meaningless theatrics to win elections. He rolled on damn near every campaign promise he made to get elected, and he will roll on every thing he's saying now and everything else he says all the way to next November.
