WATCH: Judge Napolitano On Obama's Kill List

Obama's license to kill.

'This is the power claimed by kings and tyrants!'

Judge Andrew Napolitano discusses the recent revelation by former White House press secretary Robert Gibbs that he was told to never admit to the existence of the CIA drone program.

"They really have made fools of the federal judges who've spent hours and days and weeks struggling over the laws involved here.  It says 'any informed high-level U.S. government official can strip an American of his or her constitutional protections and order the killing of that American if the person is overseas, if it's difficult to arrest that person.  This is the power claimed by kings and tyrants.  This is about as un-American a power as one could imagine."

Robert Gibbs:

"When I went through the process of becoming press secretary, one of the first things they told me was, you're not even to acknowledge the drone program.  You're not even to discuss that it exists," Gibbs said last week on MSNBC.

People want to know why I dislike this president so much, especially black people. I have said," It's not about him being black, it's about him being a murderer and a liar and a jerk, period." He kills people, Americans too! And then lies about it or justifies it by some nebulous claim of law, nonsense!
