I had drinks with a first-generation American of high Egyptian origin tonight. She informed of the common Egyptian citizen's opinion as follows:
1. Americans are such total idiots that she's long-ceased venturing her actual opinion, having adopted something like a persona to muddle through social situations.
2. American TV, newspapers, and radio consist of 96% misinformation.
3. 9/11, during which two (2) planes took down three (3) buildings in one of the five boroughs of New York City, is in Egypt colloquially referred to as "genocide" when the subject of the current topic is American.
4. Osama bid Laden's family is philanthropic and couldn't give a flying fuck about the U.S. of A. So jovial is this man that none other than the George Bush family has been seen repeatedly to this horse mecca--in Haliburton vehicles.
I could go on. But at this point, you should be asking yourself (1) is Cheyenne is a motherfucking lunatic--to be written off forever, (2) is that Egyptian chick lying through her teeth, or (3) might it be time for me to re-examine my knowledge of what's going on?
