P/E ratios are very high. http://www.chartoftheday.com/20090821.htm Keep your seatbelts fastened. Also, the commercial real estate market = more impending doom. You don't have to be a Roubini to see this stuff.

This man is brilliant but this is tough news to swallow!

Whenever I watch him speak, I can't get over how he looks like Gene Simmon's. They could be twins separated at birth? Are they related?
