VIDEO: Philly Cop Brutally Punches Woman In Face

This is completely out of control.

"Pardon me miss, while I hit you in the face..."

"You only see one vantage point, but what you do see is disturbing, I have to be honest about that" said Deputy Police Commissioner Richard Ross.

Guzman was cited for disorderly conduct. Her face was bleeding as officers took her away.  She doesn't speak much English, but tells NBC10 "I feel angry, very angry. I go to someplace, got a good time and look this happen, for no reason."

Internal Affairs is investigating the incident, according to police.  The FOP says it will defend Officer Jon Josey "to the end." McNesby said officers don't know what's being thrown at them, it has been bleach and urine in the past. He cautioned people not to judge the incident by a small clip of video.

OK. So here is a case where somebody pitches something from a bottle into the crowd and lands on the police. The young girl turns around after this and the cops think she is the one who threw whatever it was. The cop was totally in the wrong here but I am sure that he will not be charged with anything serious. He sure did slap the shit out of her though. Dayum.

If you look very closely at the far left edge of the screen in the first 5 seconds, you see a guy throw liquid at the cops (you mostly just see his arm). I think the woman gets hit by the liquid just like the cops. She turns around and then gets clocked. This officer deserves to lose his job, his pension and serve 6 months in prison. I'll be following this case.

Update: The highway patrol supervisor seen hitting the woman in the video has been identified by sources as Lt. Jonathan Josey II, a man who once nominated himself to be a Daily News Sexy Single.

Josey, 39, a Daily News Sexy Single in 2006, said his most outstanding features were his "charm and magnetic personality." He said he was looking for a "sexy, sexy, sexy" woman and was sick of meeting women that act like girls.

Well from what I can see on this video, this girl did not spray silly string at all on these guys. She merely walked away after somone had thrown water on the cops. He mistook her for the assailant and nailed her. I'm wondering why there was no retaliation from the others standing around her. Quite remarkable.

There was no retaliation because people are scared of the "heroes" who "keep us safe." In a healthy society, there would have been a small riot over this. Alas, there wasn't.
