Trump Blasts Criticism That He Rooted For A Housing Crash
ROOTING FOR A CRASH WAS A NATIONAL PASTIME
This is completely ridiculous on its face. In her attack on Trump, is Hillary even aware that she is criticizing the majority of Americans who were also hoping that the housing bubble would collapse so that maybe, just maybe, they could finally afford a home. Millions patiently waited it out, renting year after year, before ultimately being rewarded with rational pricing, and Hillary thinks that is a bad thing.

At least this one has a picture of the property in question. As you can obviously see the ocean is adjacent to said property and you can clearly see the berms that were both created by past storms and also from previous erosion control efforts. Anyone living on ocean front property can attest to this. In a nutshell, Donald needed to shore up the beach area to prevent further erosion. Getting the necessary permits is ALWAYS a major headache when doing work on any waterfront. I am certain that using the term 'repair due to global warming' may have helped expedite the process. We all know how that language gets slipped into the rule making/permit process.
