Donald Trump and Bernie Sanders have seemingly agreed in principle to give the world the debate it's been waiting for. Appearing on ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live" in a show that aired Wednesday night, Trump said he would be willing to debate Sanders if proceeds from such an event went to charity.

Aside from being unprecedented (there's never been an inter-party presidential debate before the conventions, no?), this is the umpteenth manifestation of how rigged our system has become. Queen Hillary is simply above a debate with Sanders, is she?

Let's see how that works out for her. As it is, she's locked in a dead heat with Sanders in California with the primary slated for June 7. Not only will a Trump-Sanders debate DWARF the TV ratings of any prior debate (I'll be shocked if it doesn't clear 30 million viewers), it will help Bernie, possibly enough to goose him over the finish line ahead of Hillary.

But she doesn't give a shit because she knows she's the Queen. What a joke our system is.
