Re: Obamacare. Klein acts surprised by the incompetence. Who is he kidding? Did anyone really think Obamacare would be an efficiently run program, given its colossal nature? Only an idiot would think that (Klein). Name ONE Federal program that operates efficiently. Just one.

At this point, regarding healthcare, the US would do well to follow the leads of all other 1st world nations. It's too late and too big to do otherwise, e.g., free market healthcare system. Does anyone trust the health insurance cartel to do the right thing?

Well said, I was reading about Singapore's health system last night. By introducing patient choice they have lowered health costs to 4% of GDP. We pay 12% of GDP I believe. Americans are the greatest bargain shoppers in the world, yet we are denied the ability to shop for health care, leading to a completely distorted system run by insurance companies where price and price discovery don't matter.
