Socialist Pinko Punk Tim Geithner Stars In 'Leverage Me Tender'

Tim Geithner stars in Leverage Me Tender -- demonstrating the danger of reliance on frog-backed securities.  Very well-done Geithner comedy.  Runs 1 minute..

Remember Geithner's famous P-PIP rescue program for toxic assets:

  • "Along comes Timmy with a plan.  He's the new kid America loves to hate.  Some call him Socialist pinko punk.  Others call him compromised, corporate shill."

More detail on the P-PIP:

And thoughts on Geithner from JT and DR:

Just click.  Well-produced and slick.

Wall Street’s Fraud and Solutions for Systemic Peril
TSF Opinion Commentary – September 29, 2009
By Janet Tavakoli

Last week I gave a presentation to members of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) explaining the corrosive atmosphere that allowed the largest Ponzi scheme in the history of the capital markets to flourish. The following is a brief summary.

Back two years ago when the mortgage meltdown was heating up, I wrote an article with Doris Burke called "Junk Mortgages Under the Microscope" dissecting a particularly wretched issue of mortgage-backed securities peddled by Goldman Sachs. We wanted to show how these complex securities really worked and how Moody's and Standard & Poor's, the rating agencies, aided and abetted the process by giving two-thirds of an issue backed by ultra-risky second mortgages the same safety rating they gave to U.S. Treasury securities.

URBANA, Ill. — The University of Illinois on Thursday denied 1960s radical William Ayers emeritus faculty status after trustees Chairman Christopher Kennedy noted Ayers dedicated a book to, among others, the man who killed Kennedy's father, Robert F. Kennedy.

The U.S. Education Department said Friday it will take more time to finalize new regulations targeting for-profit college job-training programs, but emphasized it was intent on moving forward and holding the sector accountable.

For-profit colleges have campaigned hard against the "gainful employment" rule, which would cut off federal aid to college vocational programs with high student debt levels and poor loan repayment rates. They've lobbied Congress, purchased newspaper ads and helped students and others register complaints with the Education Department.

An education scam backed by federal loans and guarantees...would love to see this bill go through...

In the 1968 application to renew her 1965 passport, Dunham listed as her son Barack Hussein Obama, including in parenthesis below the name, "Soebarkah," in what appears to be a variation of an Indonesian surname not previously associated in the public record with the president.

On April 27, 1981, Dunham applied from Jakarta, Indonesia, for a U.S. passport, indicating that she was in Indonesia working on a two-year contract from the Ford Foundation, from January 1981 through December 1982.

At that time, Dunham was working on a microfinance program for the Ford Foundation, which was overseen by Peter Geithner, the father of Timothy Geithner, the current U.S. secretary of the treasury.

Frank Marshall Davis, alleged Communist, was early influence on Barack Obama

While his mother was in Indonesia during part of his teenage years, Mr Obama lived with his white grandparents. Mrs Weatherly-Williams said that the poet was first introduced to the future Democratic presidential candidate in 1970 at the age of 10. “Stan had been promising to bring Barry by because we all had that in common - Frank’s kids were half-white, Stan’s grandson was half-black and my son was half-black. We all had that in common and we all really enjoyed it. We got a real kick out of reality.”

He boasted that “the number of white babes interested in at least one meeting with a Negro male has been far more than I can handle” and wished “America were as civilised as, say, Scandinavia”. He concluded: “I regret none of my experiences or unusual appetites; for me they are normal.”
