Actually no he is not an idiot he is a liar though. Of course he knows exactly where, when, how, why and to whom he
gave money to. He remembers because many are friends almost family so to speak. He remembers because some day he
may need to call in the markers. The fact that so many of his friends happen to reside OUTSIDE the US is none of your business. The fact that some many of these offshore friends never actually plan or repaying the "loans" is none of your business. The ONLY thing the American Public needs to concern themselves with is PAYING their taxes on time.
