In real life however I doubt the Chinese would REALLY bend-over and willingly take it up the xxx like that, what with their having a 3-million man standing army, nuclear capability and all. Heck they needn't even fire a shot in order to sink the USA. All they would need to do is ask to cash out all their saved T bills at once.

If anything it'll soon be OBAMA bending over and offering-up his enticing gluteus maximus to the ravaging Chinese ...along with about another 300 million Americans lining up right behind him.

I think it is funny that SNL, often criticized for being too liberal, but always going after politicians regardless is being singled out. Maybe SNL is just getting a little free publicity. Other times SNL sketches make the news, regardless of who they are targeting, look at how Tina Fey's Sarah Palin imitations were played on the network news last year. It was so frequent people actually think it was Sarah Palin who said "I can see Russia from my house", not Tina Fey. But my argument for years has been, whether it is Fox or CNN or whatever, networks should be neutral ground. Both sides can give their comments or editorials, as long as they are stated as such. But I don't think a network or station should be 'liberal' or 'conservative'.

I love the comment at the beginning about human rights. Reminds me of that fascist prick Bush lecturing Putin about human rights while he was running a torture camp at Guantanamo and detaining people without trial. It's enough to make a priest curse God.

lotsa hidden gems in there. early on obama calls hu jintao "jintao". kinda like calling george washington just "george" in a formal setting. second, obama is wearing a red tie. usually when these kinda meetups happen the chinese wear red (for their cultural affinity for red and/or its connotations toward communism). that obama is wearing it here is a real slap. calls him out as a 'communist" or their lackey.

sadly, the most offensive part of the skit was that the actor playing hujintao was just blabbering the whole time. they couldn't even be bothered to get a guy who could speak the world's #1 language (in sheer number of daily users) but rather resorted to the lazy "blah, blah, blah" route.

hey, next time ya'll need a white guy to butcher the chinese language let me know, as i have been doing it for a living for years!

CHENGDU, Feb. 19 (Xinhua) -- A 160-member Chinese peacekeeping team left Chengdu, the capital of southwest China's Sichuan Province, on Saturday, aboard a chartered plane to Lebanon.

Composed of 130 engineering troops and 30 medical staff, the group is the first batch of the eighth Chinese peacekeeping detachment that will be posted in Lebanon. The second batch of 145 engineering troops will leave on March 1.

The contingent will conduct an eight-month UN peace mission in southern Lebanon and are responsible for mine clearing, road construction, and humanitarian tasks.
