Completely on it's own separate from the FED and the other regulatory agencies. If he does, after the main stream media announces he has done so. Their next announcement will be ( IT HAS BEEN POSITIVELY CONFIRMED, THERE IS ICE-WATER IN HELL )

Some years ago in the UK. Richard Branson went against the UK government about the issuing of the license to the national lottery.
He offered that if his company won the bid, he would return any profits to society.
The license went to a government linked company who promised that if they won the bidding they would keep the profits for themselves.
Branson lo0st the bid and was unhappy. He went on national TV to say that he would fight the decision.
A short time later he and his family were in a "car accident". His Range Rover was badly hit and rolled over with his family in it. The other car was never traced.

Soon after Branson appeared on national TV with bowed head and said sorry. Said he had made some rash decisions lately and from now on he would be happy if he could live a quiet life with his family.

I remember it well.

If they can shut up a multimillionaire ....
