TRIPOLI, March 23 (Xinhua) -- A number of civilians have been reportedly wounded in the airstrikes in eastern Tripoli launched by Western warplanes on Wednesday night, Xinhua correspondents and local media said.

Witnesses said a number of targets in the Tajoura area in the eastern suburb were attacked by three rounds of bombing.

I don't see why Obama should return the prize when he didn't deserve it before anyway. Maybe Noble Peace Prize is simply overrated

The Nobel prize means absolutely nothing. any more. Awarding it to an unamerican :president" who is obviously a Manchurain candidate of and for the fascist theocracy in occupied Palestine, shows an arrogance of racist oligarchy and extreme racial intolerance. The only ones "impressed" by this sham are the NAZI THUGS in this elitist cabal.
The "prize" is a political euphemism for direct opposites of applied labels.
The "peace prize" is actually a fascist validation of how low the moral values of those making war on defenseless victims of empire has sunk. White is black, war is peace, etc.
"Elections" in this putrid country are laughable. ARMED INSURRECTION IS THE ONLY CURE FOR THIS EMPIRE.
The best logical first step is the invasion and occupation of Nazi israel, returning those inbreeds to the 1948 "green line" and the imposition of the same kind of "democracy" we jammed down Iraqi throats. All "settlers outside the green line should be exterminated, every man, woman and child should have the same consideration they have shown the victims in the GAZA EXTERMINATION CAMP.
Peace will only come until every Nazi zionist is dead.

Jct: They shouldn't have given GuantanamObama the Novel Prize for Peace, that was a joke, but they could have given him a Nobel Prize for Hope. False hope. Har har har har.

I agree, even though I originally admired him, but it is not Libya which tips the balance for me.

America is still killing in Afghanistan.

It is also killing in Pakistan.

And it occupies Iraq.

So too the CIA Torture Gulag still exists. Guantanamo, that shame to a civilized society, remains open.

The problem is not so much Obama, but America herself, now an imperial power serving the interests across the world of its elites.

This is just the typical hypocrisy that anyone faces when dealing with a dictator. Remember how all the liberals cried when Bush went after Saddam. I found this article and the author makes a very valid point regarding how people react to such an issue.
