Americans are being kept in the dark about how and why they are being followed by the nation's security agency.  A civil liberties group in the U.S asked the FBI to spell out what techniques it's using when it tracks citizens - but as Gayane Chichakyan explains, the reply raised more questions than answers.

The FBI has as much to do with the maintenance of justice in the U.S. as a bowl of Sugar Pops cereal. They run interference for rackets run outof the White House, and termination of their hierarchy is indicated. We can easily start from scratch. Many good agents are being abused,and the worst criminal investation of the White House in history is being met by the FBI's extensive self aggrandizement disguised as hubris.They are a sucking thing like the prancing, mewling vermin of congress.
