With Obama in France, the White House said the president used an autopen machine that holds a pen and signs his actual signature. It is only used with proper authorization of the president.
Comment: Will this be used to justify Linda Green?
I love this site! Please keep up the great work.
Thanks again!

In a letter Friday, Graves asks Obama to confirm that he saw the law prior to its autopen signing.
"Mr. President, I write to request your confirmation that S. 990, as passed by Congress, was presented to you prior to the autopen signing, as well as a detailed, written explanation of your Constitutional authority to assign a surrogate the responsibility of signing bills passed into law," Graves wrote.

Note: check out the robo signature in this article.
Here is a link to the actual court filing I pulled from PACER myself the day it was filed. It can be downloaded (for free) in the event all the evidence vanishes from the court servers.

If you or I walked into a bunch of stores forging checks I doubt we'd land in front of a 50 state AG panel. We'd go straight to jail.

explain this further if you don't mind...
The "securitization model" was designed like a Rubik's deliberately. Unravelling just one securitzed load transaction from start to finish is difficult to summarize.
If you can stomach the forty two page read I link below you will see what I mean. The entire chain of custody and it's representations are blown to bits.

I really appreciate the attention you are paying to this very serious issue. If I don't get away from my pc I'll be in court myself...Divorce Court.
Happy Memorial Day All!
Time to raise our glasses (cans in my case) to Daily Bail for it's efforts and our Veteran's for fighting and dying for our freedoms that seem to be vanishing before our eyes. God Bless America.

To some, O’Brien - who was first sworn in to his elected post in 1977 - is the champion of homeowners battling lenders who act as if they are above the law. But others say he has gone too far, using flawed analysis to overstep his authority as an official recorder of property documents. His tactics have left local real estate attorneys, and even colleagues, scrambling for guidance from state authorities.
“The real estate bar is very upset about what is going on,’’ said Edward Bloom, president of the Real Estate Bar Association for Massachusetts. Bloom said O’Brien is creating a “media circus’’ over alleged robosigners, something he doesn’t have authority to police.
“That’s a matter to be determined in court, whether something is a forgery or not a forgery,’’ Bloom said. He called O’Brien’s antifraud campaign unprecedented.....
......O’Brien said he finds his new activism invigorating, citing collaborations with county recorders across the country and correspondence with homeowners thanking him for his support.
The registry’s website, www.salemdeeds.com, looks more like a political blog, with links to media coverage and tips on how to demand mortgage documents from lenders.
I am familiar with your situation and for the rest of the Daily Bail readers here is a bit about the v. henry situation:

v. henry, I spent quite a bit of time working in Rochester and watched as Delphi and Kodak took some serious hits about 7 years ago. The malls were vacant in many of the surrounding communities and things were tough then. It was as if the greater rochester area was hit with a financial atomic bomb. I like Rochester and Kodak was one hell of a place to work. Their loss was (and still is) a major blow to you and others there.
Keep your chin up and do the best you can. Let me know (john) how things are going in this comment section. Thanks and again my best to you and everyone there.
I will do some research for you and if I find anything will post it here.
