Justice will not come from the system. Justice must come from us. The police act with impunity because they know they can. Because they know they can get away with it. Imagine real justice being done to this man. Imagine justice being meted out, same fashion, same amount. They spray us, we spray them. They beat us, we beat them. How many cops would act like this, if they knew their actions would have real, personal consequences? Imagine if a tin badge was no defense against paying the price for brutality. But until that happens to them, it will keep happening to us.

He was always teased about his name in school starting in Kindergarten. He always reacted violently,- like a bully to stop this name calling. He found the perfect job to exact his revenge. What a better job than NYPD ( New York Perfect Dick) in this case. He should lose his pension, like a lot of cops did with wall Street crooks. Let him sell hot dogs from a push cart and really work for a living.

The cops arnt carring the vidio cameras. But then we would cross the same line they are. And thats wrong. Only the person that got hit has a right to spray back........

Tim Coil, you sound unfamiliar with this "freedom" business, there is little, if anything, that you do in your daily existence that is not touched in some way by overweening, local, state and federal government, you are hardly free. As for the immature and aimless demonstrators, most have neither the age or experience to know that actions bring consequences, the officers at the scene were representing the 8 million or so residents of New York City that would much prefer peace and quiet. If you were there protesting you probably believe that a few people milling around in front of the cameras can change Wall Street, not so, the denizens of Wall Street are hand in glove with the government in Washington, you'd do better acting foolish on Pennsylvania Avenue in Washington, DC. As for Communist views, you obviously have no idea what Communism means, it's not cops taking away your so-called freedom, it's an economic system, something that Barry Obama and Harry Reid are moving forward despite that it has not been successful elsewhere. Don't worry about cops, worry about the freedoms the various governments are taking from you.

Mr. Clayson, you speak of "aimlessness" and "immaturity" in these good demonstrators that the Teamsters, as well as myself and millions of others back. They did not bring this attitude to Wall Street. The people who did bring it sit up in their balconeys, throwing taunts, torturing kittens for perfume extracts, and sipping on what ever champagne is their pleasure. They believe it is they, the cupcakes, who are the gift of God put upon this fair earth, destined to thrive, while others were born to wallow in their debris left after daily rapine on Wall Street. Such arrogance and myopic vision should be checked before dissemination.

The Champagne area of France has truely bestowed upon the populace, a great wonder and joy to sample and behold, and done so for centuries, with centuries of promise ahead. I speak of champagne, of course. But there is a problem.

The money grubbers of France have seen fit to allow radioactive contamination to enter the water table and seep toward and into the waters of the Champagne district. So while your altricial bird-brained practitioners of pillage and burn ply their sole trade while no one is watching, their self-centered dog-in-a-manger attitude is putting an end to one of God's finest collaborations with humanity while they prance and mewl.

The wars instigated by your leaders are as cruel as any child pulling the wings off flies. I find no amusement in their behavior. Low class and nouveau, soon to be checked. Stop the contamination and stop posing. Quit ripping everybody off. There are only two or three American billionaires who actually did something for the masses. The rest merely found the most efficient methods of jail-house suckerpunching and pillage. The greatest joy in getting knocked on your ass is getting back up and delivering appropriate marshall discipline. The rapine and pillage game is best reserved for childrens' boardgames. Humility has saved many necks Mr.Clayson.

Karmakaze, Obama's Dept. of Homeland Defense with all of it's agencies is far more a danger to you than the NYPD, when they come calling you will learn something about jackbooted thugs - think of the federal attack at the Branch Davidian compound near Waco, Texas. Hell, have you even heard of that? This old fat cop just shot mace at unruly persons, Bill Clinton's Attorney General Janet Reno and her jackbooted thugs used tanks and aircraft and eventually burned up people, including women and children. Be glad the ATF and FBI weren't told to clear the streets. And I am saying the government deprives us of freedoms we assume we have; we assume wrong, what it really does is deprive us of earnings and income to support god knows how many people, causes, nations, and god may not know how many of the corrupt politician's special interest friends.

Mark C, where does it state in the Constitution that persons with no actual grievances beyond youthful immature idealism can demonstrate against businesses operating under government guidelines. Where does it say in the Constitution that law enforcement officers have to stand idly by while such demonstrators offend city and state laws? If these jerks wanted to use the streets for a parade or a demonstration they could have gotten a permit. They wanted publicity, even if they were risking offending the laws of the city and state. Chances are most were either students or hirelings, I'd be surprised if any one of them had a job or any responsibility associated with being an adult. How many had ever voted, how many could have discussed the reasons for being there in a manner that would elicit sympathy for a cause. I've seen several generations of these silly rebels with a cause, mostly provoking big, nasty cops for news cameras.

Marko, as long as you are getting all philosophical on me, it would be good for Mark C to read your comment and question his vitriol against me. He wants this "sub-human scumbag" to read the constitution, I guess he thinks that snarling at someone in a reasonable discourse is different than that old NYPD cop spraying pepper spray at rabble-rousers, spoiled children with no particular aim except getting on the news. It worked, that girl that looks like she is about to "hurl" because a cop grabbed her is on the record, someday when she is old and gray she will ask herself what she thought she was doing. Every silly girl-child filled with hate can't be Bernadette Dohrn, every immature and irresponsible man-child can't be William Ayers.

A certain poster, who I am sure means well, has proven five things. 1) He exaggerates truth. 2) His artistic license carries him with embellishments, 24/7. 3) He thinks his s___ don't stink.. and 4) He's an outright liar. 5) He thinks working people were put on earth to powder his behind, by hook or by crook. This should preclude him from any meaningful discussion. Their spelling is not the best either. If they feel too good to listen to reason, they, and their ilk, are insane. If their insanity includes surreptitious theft through high velocity computer trading and all the other frauds, they are criminally insane and need be cleared out ASAP to avoid further damage.

The problems that need to be addressed with the Wall Street looters include a massive theft that will adversely affect the economic health of the U.S. since it is currently being labled as acceptable losses from accepted risk. The CJing SEC and FTC were installed and kept by the Bush and 'Obummer' cabal to achieve these ends. You will not find legal recourse within NYC or New York state government (9-11 should have made that obvious to you by now), and jurisdiction for any attempt at federal relief has been planned for and axed during the Bush43 administration.

Honest police all over the country endure massive burdens of risk because of swine like the government of New York, which harbors and utilizes criminal genetic slag to maintain an exploitive, decadent, status quo. Tony Baloney and other protectors of the 9-11 perps are alone as bully-psychos. There is an entire orderly disciplined U.S. military that could clean their crooked action out by 4:30 PM. Apparently, this is what New Yorkers want, judging from the demonstrations across the country including the Teamsters, Iron Workers , American Federation of Teachers, and others in an official capacity. If you wear a uniform and work in the Big Apple, get with the demonstrators and get some class if you haven't already. America is being bled dry. Who benefits? Say it out loud! Say it proud! Yo Vern! "Congress shall make no law ... or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances." It certainly sounds like they are petitioning their Government for a redress of grievances. And no, a petition is not just a piece of paper that you sign; it is also a verb meaning' "To make a request to : solicit." There doesn't seem to be any mention of permits. Also, there seems no restriction on "Persons with no actual grievances beyond youthful immature idealism can demonstrate against businesses operating under government guidelines." According to the 1st amendment, having a grievance seems sufficient. Just because it's not your grievance doesn't matter.

Yo, Steve, you obviously have only the basic understanding of the process, it isn't necessary to roll around on the ground having sex or crapping on a police car or getting arrested for disobeying laws to seek redress from the government. They could have engaged in an orderly process, corresponding with their representatives in the Congress would have been a start, although it wouldn't have done any good to write NY senator Chuck Schumer, he's too busy swimming a synchronized routine with Harry Reid to bother with their silly demands. Even Mayor Bloomberg is more concerned with the expense of police response than to worry about their silly demands. No one in any responsible position takes these silly pranksters seriously, they know it will blow over as no one, even these loons and their antics do not jiggle the thrones of the high and mighty. You define petition as solicit, if there's any soliciting it has to do with guys getting some action with little darlings on the lawn. If you are there, good luck but don't gamble with STDs, condoms are available at the gate.

One of my favorite video clips is from 'Nile Crocodiles: Here be Dragons'. early in this National Geographic presentation, the huge migrating wildebeest herd on the Serengeti stop by a pool in the upper Nile each year during their trek. The wise wildebeest listen to the local baboons, who sound off when the eyes and nostrils of an approaching croc come into view above the surface of the muddy water. The smart wildebeest listen to the baboons and jump away from the river's edge. Not so the arrogant and stupid. It takes a full grown Nile crocodile less than 1.75 seconds to come up out of the water, grab a 200 pound wildebeest, and have it completely submerged heading across the stream.

There is nothing predatory about Wall Street scum. They are sneak thieves and jailhouse blind-siders. Get them in the open to spit in the faces of the Teamsters, military, honest police, and the rest of America that actually earns a living, and we will demonstrate predation. The police are welcome to try to get some of their retirement money back. My cousin Steve got officer of the year in a major high-crime, metropolitan county when he was a rookie. Even though I am not a policeman, I try to top this every year. I am very proud of the character which brought him this award. America's criminal presidents have not set a worthy example for those raised with likewise corrupted fathers and mothers.. Call me a hippy or bum or whatever you want. These good people want justice and God says go get it. If justice is not granted, you and yours will not find peace. Be nice.

Lisa, my father passed on 20 years ago and since then, Wall Street and banking deregulation has allowed crooked investment houses and banks to stack up hundreds of clients and split their commissions from each client trust and let someone else do all the investing and change the law to allow attorneys to have a piece when things get boring or if they are caught handing off fiduciary responsibility without telling the investor like in my case.. This is corruption with investors, bankers, attorneys, accountants, and their attendant staffs to turn any trust or estate into a meal for a pack of vultures. They did this and lost in my own case.

I was the top 'A' in my logic class by a very wide margin and I got on the Dean's list with 21 credits that quarter. Listen tight. YOU are not the concern here. I am not the concern here. Laws are being broken to a horrendous extent and an alliance of freemasons, Rhodes Scholars, Skull and Bones Society members, Opus dei, jesuits, Knights of Malta and other castled pigs are destroying the American economy and family and job security. They are doing it because the dogs at the top of their piles are in debt about 10 times what their countries make in a year. India, China, and a host of other countries are no longer slaves and have risen to defend themselves, and so the top 1% crust has found themselves smelling like crust in the loo. I REPEAT, SERIOUS CRIMES ARE BEING COMMITTED ON WALL STREET. Our government believes the numerous attacks like 9-11, Fukushima(intentional), the DH oil well blow out(intentional), the bank deregulation, the Wall street deregulation, the earthquakes and weather manipulations with HAARP, etc., all will overwhelm Americans to allow their return to shackles under the British Empire. For 50 cents, I would NUKE The City of London. They have caused too much suffering and losses of basic moral reasoning in people such as yourself, LISA. If it were legal, I would bet $10.00 that president Obama has had a lobotomy. Connecticut. 1979. Project Monarch. Research 'Project Monarch' before trying to convince anyone that you know what is going on with the U.S. government. These demonstrators have been close to noble in their expression of disatisfaction with swine in command of the country. The SEC and FTC are a pack of CJers. No convictions with the U.S. attorney general holding the bag for Bush41's guns for drugs program. Holder left holding the bag.
