It turns out that regular employees at State are automatically locked out of their computers if they don't take a yearly cybersecurity class, among other revelations.

They should be conducting the lessens learned from Fort Leavenworth. The lessons learned for taking SCI/TK data from a SCIF and putting on unclass should be "See so and so in Leavenworth? Don't put GAMMA data on unclass." And the meeting should be done on email, so as to not waste anyone's time.
