NBC Reporter & Wife of Alan Greenspan, Andrea Mitchell Shills For Bernanke (VIDEO)

Video:  Andrea Mitchell with CNBC's Steve Liesman and Chuck Todd -- January 22

Mitchell calls Ben Bernanke 'the innovator', we think 'the monetizer' is more fitting given his penchant for quantitative easing his way through the MBS and Treasury markets.  Though we doubt its authenticity, Chuck Todd says that Obama might be willing to sacrifice Tim Geithner to save Bernanke.

No surprise there if it were true, as Geithner will be gone after the November elections, as he heads to Goldman Sachs or Morgan Stanley, whereas reconfirmation for Bernanke means a minimum of 4 more years as Federal Reserve Chairman.

Liesman actually does a decent job of explaining the chasm over Bernanke, but he fails to point out one salient detail.  The entire pro-Bernanke crowd is made up of 2 component groups -- the first group is clueless and honestly doesn't understand Bernanke's role in creating the crisis; the second group is simply CAPTURED by Wall Street and Fed interests.

Mitchell takes a shot at Senate leader Harry Reid right as the clip ends.

During an appearance on MSNBC on June 5, 2008, Mitchell came under fire when she referred to the voters of the southwest Virginia region as rednecks.[6] On June 9, Mitchell apologized for her comment stating:

“ And now, a point of personal privilege. I owe an apology to the good people of Bristol, Virginia, for something stupid that I said last week. I was trying to explain, based on reporting from Democratic strategists, why Barack Obama was campaigning in southwest Virginia, but without attribution or explanation, I used a term strategists often use to demean an entire community. No excuses, I'm really sorry. As they say, when I make a mistake, it's a beaut.

Those rednecks sure stick together.

I read this much -- "Andrea Mitchell with CNBC's Steve Liesman and Chuck Todd" -- and couldn't help but laugh (that's right, Chuck Todd, you're the punchline).

Andrea States Obama was making a decision to target Isis from poor Intel, well let's have those Intel documents to prove that he intentionally left Christians vulnerable to Isis! Whether, that was the case or an attempt to get away on another vacation to Martha's Vineyard. (this kind of leadership is unacceptable!) Didn't somebody previously state "A trained ape could have made that decision"?
