I personally think the monstrosity they are trying to shove down our throats is nothing more than 2000 pages of confusing camouflage so the Insurance and Pharmaceutical industries can keep ripping off the American People.

It's a bunch of crap!

Until we have real campaign finance reform and run the lobbyists out of D.C. or put a bounty on them, ether way works fine as far as I'm concerned.

Until we boot all the sold out incumbents back to their law offices or whatever occupation they claimed they worked so hard at before being elected. And elect people who will work to represent three hundred million Americans, not just the special interest elite.

Until these things are a reality, Health Care Reform, Consumer Financial Protection, and damn near anything else Congress passes is elite approved bullshit, favoring one and a half percent and screwing the other ninety eight and a half percent of those three hundred million Americans.

To start with, it is estimated that a federal bureaucracy of more than 150,000 new employees will be required to administer HB3200. That is an unacceptable expansion of a government that is already too intrusive in our lives. If we are going to hire 150,000 new employees, let's put them to
work protecting our borders, fighting the massive drug problem and putting more law enforcement/firefighters out there."


JUDGE KITHIL continued: "Other problems I have with
this bill include:

** Page 50/section 152: The bill will provide insurance
to all non-U.S. residents, even if they are here illegally.

** Page 58 and 59: The government will have
real-time access to an individual's bank account and will have the authority to make electronic fund transfers from those accounts.

** Page 65/section 164: The plan will be subsidized (by
the government) for all union members, union retirees and for community organizations (such as the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now - ACORN).

** Page 203/line 14-15: The tax imposed under this
section will not be treated as a tax. (How could anybody in their right mind come up with that?)

** Page 241 and 253: Doctors will all be paid the same
regardless of specialty, and the government will set all doctors' fees.

** Page 272.! section 1145: Cancer hospital will ration
care according to the patient's age.

** Page 317 and 321: The government will impose a
prohibition on hospital expansion; however, communities may petition for an exception.

** Page 425, line 4-12: The government mandates
advance-care planning consultations. Those on Social Security will be required to attend an "end-of-life planning" seminar every five years. (Death counceling.)

** Page 429, line 13-25: The government will specify
which doctors can write an end-of-life order.

HAD ENOUGH???? Judge Kithil then goes on:

"Finally, it is specifically stated that this bill will not
apply to members of Congress. Members of Congress are already exempt from the Social Security system, and have a well-funded private plan that covers their retirement needs. If they were on our Social Security plan, I believe they would find a very quick 'fix' to make the plan financially sound for their future."

Anyone with a teacup size brain could see that Pelosi was way out of her league and was no leader from the start........BUT SHE IS STILL AROUND !!!! WAKE UP AMERICA, is this stupid or what to allow someone so detrimental, so ignorant of the nation's problems, so insincere and removed from the importance of her position to remain anywhere near or involved in laws made for the national interests.........some of the comments she came out with (i.e., "we will vacation when we want" when important work was left undone and hanging that held up the entire country) should have told the entire country she was there to party, draw her paycheck, enforce her importance, and make a mockery of the office.........is this all America had to offer???????

The circus that goes on in public by congressional members these days is abhoring......and were worse under Pelosi!!! We have youngsters modeling from this type of behavior !!!! Thank God for John Behner now who expects his people to be above this type of behavior as he has stated......believe Behner is about the only one, along with Mike Huckabee and one or two others, with any common sense, who have shown any knowledge of right and wrong, and the guts to stand up for what the people have stated they need......only hope they don't change now that they have a chance to do some good for the country....................

I was so proud and actually felt return of some Patriotism when listening to Behner's interview on TV, he really stood his ground and did not allow words to be put in his mouth, did not swerve at all and was very adament about what he meant when he made statements.....this is what we need more of now in our leaders, he really hit a note in reality.........I don't care how emotional he is as long as he continues holding up for what the American people want.........God bless America even though we have forgotten Him.................
