Microsoft's Nifty View Of Future Technology (Video)

From SAI:

Microsoft (MSFT) Business Division President Stephen Elop was in Philly this weekend for the Wharton Business Technology Conference, and he brought with him Microsoft's vision for the future, a montage clip called "2019."

Highlighted in the marketing material are interactive newspapers, touch pads, computerized medical records, and it all looks really, really cool.

That was really cool. I wonder how much is for show and how much is real.

Another one of those bright and shiny visions of the future. Yes, it looks cool and it's all quite doable from a technology sense. I'm just not very optimistic these days about life being so bright and shiny 10 years out.
