The huge hits in taxation in some states and regulations that are contrary to small business in others will cause migrations of people to areas where the prospect for jobs will be greater. This happened in the Great Depression and before that during the industrial revolution. So the agenda 21 crowd seems no longer to be a bunch of nut jobs. Of course the result is going to be civil unrest amongst the plebes, as they scramble for scraps of bacon and hard tack. If you want to educate yourselves on this process read The Grapes of Wrath.
