Amazing job by a lone, anti-fiat money gangster in a sea of protest.

This is definitely worth the time - Watch the first 5 minutes.

There is no doubt that the protesters represent a very wide spectrum.  I have said this from the beginning, but within that spectrum are brilliant voices.  And this is one of them.  What is most important is that protests are happening...not so much that some of the protesters might have screwed up views.  One of the first stories I wrote on this site 3 years ago was about bailout politics making for strange bedfellows.  It's a fact.  And we have to deal with it. But there is ample common ground, and this protester finds it in abundance.

Wall Street Journal Europe publisher resigns after publishing two articles featuring a company with a contractual link to the paper's circulation department.


The Dow Jones & Co, which owns the newspaper, said in a statement that its top Europe executive, Andrew Langhoff has stepped down because “Dow Jones has zero tolerance for even the appearance of a breach of ethical standards," the Associated Press reported on Tuesday.

The firm announced that the resignation comes after an internal probe showed the paper had published two articles in its Special Reports section in 2010 about a Netherlands-based consulting firm called Executive Learning Partnership (ELP), which have had struck a deal with the WSJE's circulation department.

The deal "could give the impression that news coverage can be influenced by commercial relationships," the statement added.

Some of the stuff out there may appear to be only fiesty metaphors and rhetoric...but it's not. The proof is in the pudding (and on PACER) as they say. Every state needs somebody like that to pave the way. Each word, sentence, phrase, paragraph - either in a brief, a motion or oral argument is an indictment - with sharp legal teeth.

He seems to level the playing field when taking on TBTF and their Black Hat legal teams.
